The pick up date for items won in this auction is Thursday, May 21st, 2015 between 8am and 4pm. IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP ON THAT DAY DURING THOSE TIMES, DO NOT BID. Please come to pick up with a vehicle appropriate for the size and number of items won. Bring extra people for carrying and lifting items into your vehicle if necessary. Don't come without tools, we don't have any that you can use. If you have questions about anything, or to arrange inspection, please call 612-819-7859. We lock the door at 4PM on pick up day, so arrive in enough time to dismantle your items knowing that you MUST be out by 4PM, we will not stay open just for you.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping: If you need your purchase shipped from this auction, please email Troy (troy@everydayshipping.com). Please include the name, location of auction, bidder number, phone number and brief description of items to pickup. You can also forward your email auction bidder receipt which has all the info Everyday Shipping needs. Everyday Shipping generally makes one pickup per week at each location. Your order is ready to ship when you receive a Paypal email invoice for shipping. Shipping Estimates: If you need an estimate before the auction closes, email Everyday Shipping with your ship to zip code as well as the info listed above.
