If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:

Removal will take place on Saturday, July 19th from 9AM to 4:30PM. There is plenty of street parking. The property has a long narrow driveway as well.
Bring help to remove heavy items. Please also bring boxes/totes to carry out lots with multiple items.
You must pick-up on the designated removal date. There will be no other dates available.
