It is the buyer’s duty to thoroughly inspect the vehicle before
making a purchase. Photos are an essential part of the item description, so

bidding. No refunds, credits, or price adjustments will be provided.
Document administration fee applies to all buyers. Tax, title and registration fees added to winning bid for MN residents. Credit Card transactions over $5000 will incur a credit card fee of 4.25%.

Removal: Please bring a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance (the current policy is sufficient; it does not need to be specific to the purchased vehicle).
Late Removal Policy: Buyers are expected to adhere to the posted removal dates and times. If you need to make alternate arrangements outside of this schedule, a $25 appointment fee will apply. Notice of any late removal request must be submitted before the end of the scheduled removal period. Payment is due during the designated removal period, regardless of pickup time.

Title Transfer: As a licensed Minnesota auto dealer, we handle all in-state title transfers. License plates and registration tabs will be mailed out before the temporary permit expires. A 60-day permit will be issued for all Minnesota purchases.
Out-of-state buyers are responsible for completing their own title transfers. A 31-day temporary permit will be issued. The buyer’s premium and documentation fee are the only applicable charges.

Accepted Payment Methods
Cash, Check, Wire Transfers, and Credit Cards Up to $5,000. Payments In excess of $5,000 are required to be paid by Certified Funds. Checks and Certified Payments are to be addressed to Greater Minnesota Auctions.
No Shows
Invoices left unpaid after the scheduled removal window will be marked as No Shows.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
