This auction has some amazing items in it so we are going to run this one a bit longer than we would normally do & have an extra pick up day. There are items in this one that you truly don't want to miss.

The next morning I will add the shipping charges to your invoice, which you will then be able to pay. Items won and paid for will be shipped out the Monday after the close of the auction.
Pick up dates: (There is a new K-Bid policy that requires you to schedule a pick-up time. If you schedule it but can't make it at that time, as long as you can get your items during the designated pick up times you will be just fine)

Credit Card Amounts: We accept CC's up to $5,000. At our discretion, we may accept credit card payments over $5,000, in this case, there will be a 3.5% surcharge added to the total amount.
Removal: Items are to be removed during the scheduled removal date. Later removals should never be assumed without prior approval. A daily $25 fee will apply to alternative removal times without prior approval. Items paid for and not removed with 2 days after pickup times will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
All items indicating shipping available can be shipped anywhere within the continental US.
Within Speedee Delivery Zone:
Each box will be packed up to 20 lbs or space available in large box, whichever comes first will be a flat rate of $18.
Additional boxes will be $15.
Continental US Shipping Outside Speedee Delivery: Double Speedee Pricing
The shipping fee will be added to your invoice the day after the auction depending on the quantity of boxes needed to ship your items. The boxes are good size and we will get as much as we can into one before adding additional boxes. Each lot that is available for shipping will contain how much space or weight the item is likely to take up in a shipping box to help determine how much you can fit in a box. If you are charged for an additional box that is not needed you will be reimbursed.
There are heavier or fragile lots must ship in their own box and may cost slightly more. These items are called out in their post. I try to give you an estimate on each lot as to how much weight/space worth of box that that lot will take up.
Once the shipping charges & invoice have been paid the items will ship the Monday-Wednesday after the auction closes.
*If there are items that are listed as no shipping available it is due to the items size, which would require to ship the item via freight. If you have the means available to have an item shipped freight we would be happy to assist BUT we need to be contacted and confirm prior to the end of the auction.
