Everything sells AS IS WHERE IS. Once you have been declared the winning bidder there can be no return or withdrawal of purchase. While every effort is made to disclose known defects and flaws that will substantially impact value, we have no working knowledge of the assets being offered. Bidders understand that inspection is imperative to determining suitability and value of the assets for their own purpose, and should take advantage of the preview schedule offered. Bidder understands that, unless otherwise stated, items offered for sale are used/pre-owned and flaws and wear and tear should be expected.
Ownership transfers upon payment in full of your invoice. Should a dispute arise during or after the auction, Auctioneer and K-BID records shall be conclusive in all respects. This is a privately owned and operated auction company, and it is clearly understood and agreed that auctioneer represents the seller only.
Bids shall advance only as indicated by the increments published in these terms.
Purchases that are not removed by the last posted pickup time without directly contacting Auctioneer to make alternative arrangements BEFORE the end of the loadout period will be deemed ‘abandoned’. No refund or credit will be given and disposal of these items shall be at the Auctioneer’s discretion.
Auctioneer does not provide boxes, packing material or loading assistance. Some of these items are bulky and heavy. Please come prepared with enough assistance and materials at your scheduled pickup time. Do not bid on this auction if you cannot comply with the payment, preview and pickup terms and schedule.
Shipping by Auctioneer is not available for this auction.

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

IF YOU WIN AN ITEM AND CANNOT PICK IT UP, IT WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
Payment of your K-BID invoice by credit card ONLY on your K-BID account immediately at the conclusion of auction. You may also pay Auctioneer by wire transfer or in cash when you load out IF you have notified Auctioneer in advance of your intention to do so by calling 507-625-7653. No Exceptions.
Payment of shipping will be calculated after the auction and paid separately by credit card either to shipper or Auctioneer, depending on what you purchase. PLEASE READ SHIPPING SECTION CAREFULLY.
The items in this school building are located on three different floors. Floors 1 and 2 have street level walkout access. The third level is staircase only (no elevators). There are no lifts or wheel carts available at the site. Some of these items are heavy and bulky. You should come prepared with the right equipment, boxes, packing material, and enough assistance at your scheduled removal time to enable removal yourself. Auctioneer staff cannot assist you in packing or loading your purchases.
