-Winning Bidders will make payments and remove items at 1302 N Ankeny Blvd, Ankeny, IA 50023.
-All payments must be made by the end of the pickup day (Saturday, May 30th) even if prior arrangements have been made to pick up another time. If you can not make payment arrangements within this time frame, please refrain from bidding on these items. New equipment will be arriving on Monday, June 1st, so all items MUST be removed on pickup day...No exceptions! Please do not bid if the pickup day does not work for you!
-All items are currently in use and will remain completely assembled through the end of the auction. Time permitting, school staff may begin disassembling the items that sold to make pickup less of a hassle. This is no guarantee though, so please bring necessary personnel, equipment, and tools when picking up your items on pickup day. Some school staff will be on hand to assist if needed.
-All descriptions are written to the best of my knowledge, but are in no way a replacement for an actual onsite inspection. Visual inspections are always recommended.
-All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. All sales are final, and there are no warranties expressed nor implied.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is NOT available.
Buyer is solely responsible for the disassembly and removal of items.
Bring help to load items. No forklift & No dock-height doors available.
