Payment Types Accepted: Wire transfers required for invoices over $3,000. Credit card and cash up to $3,000. Lots shipped will need to be paid via Wire. Winning bidders will be emailed instructions at the conclusion of the auction.

No warranty is offered or implied by the auction company, seller and/or manufacturer: functionality has not been fully tested beyond visual inspection. No login credentials, licenses, software, or technical support are provided. Compatibility with any specific operating system is not guaranteed
System Access & Software Disclaimer:
These units were originally equipped with proprietary software that requires login credentials which are no longer available. The seller and auctioneer make no guarantees that any operating system can be successfully installed or that any method of bypassing the software lock will be effective.
While at least one alternative operating system (Windows 10 and 11)has been observed functioning on a similar unit as seen in the pictures and attached videos, results may vary, and success is not guaranteed. Buyers should assume additional setup or configuration work may be required.
ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE END OF THE SCHEDULED REMOVAL DAY(S). If payment is NOT received by the end of the removal date, items will be re-sold. Please DO NOT bid if you cannot pay and pick up your items on the scheduled removal day (unless other arrangements have been made).
Removal: Lots being picked up locally must schedule within the removal dates.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
We can coordinate door to door shipping with buyers post auction.
