Our Yatzia 600 houseboat redefines luxury on the water, offering everything you need for an unparalleled experience in Voyageurs National Park. The stunning 60-foot Yatzia comfortably accommodate 10-12 guests,
making it perfect for family getaways or group adventures. Enjoy the

Bimini bar on the upper deck, unwind in the soothing hot tub, and make a
splash with the exhilarating swim slide. Equipped with a 50-inch TV,
ensuring you can indulge in all the modern conveniences while being

A 60 foot floating palace can be intimidating to some, but rest
assured it’s easier to pilot than you might think. Previous boating
experience is nice to have, but not necessary. When you depart and when
you return we have our dock staff pilot the houseboat so you’re always
boating in open water, and not trying to maneuver our docks.
Don’t worry about buying bait on your way. For 2025 we have the all
new Bait Box, packed full of all the bait you need! Run out of bait when
you’re in the park? Radio in to our Hospitality Service and we’ll run
you out more bait, or anything else you need!
Yatzia has a 60-foot length and it comfortably sleeps 10 to 12 people and includes:
-Three Staterooms (Two Staterooms have 1 Queen Ned, One Stateroom
has Two "tuck-under" beds, 2 Fold Out Couches (1 Queen Bed/couch)

- Voyageurs National Park Permit is required to stay overnight in the park. $10 reservations fee + $15/night, reserved through https://www.recreation.gov/permits/251977
- Tow Behind Not Included Coast Guard regulations require a tow behind boat behind each houseboat. Bring up your fishing boat or rent a tow behind from us!

- Pet Policy: All lodge rooms and houseboats, except for Yatzia 600 & Northern Belle 630, are pet friendly for a pet fee. Sorry, no pets allowed on this model.
- Credit Card Authorization At check in we have a $1 Credit
Card Authorization fee so there is a card on file for gas and any extras
purchased during the trip.
Minnesota State & County Tax (7.375%) and Lodging Tax (3%) will be applied to the winning bid.

"Item Removal" (Trips): Trips occur at Voyagaire Lodge & Houseboats - Crane Lake, MN. You are responsible for getting to the resort on your designated "pick-up day" trip date.
No Shows: After the removal window closes, unpaid invoices will be marked as ‘No Shows.’ Bell Resorts Inc. reserves the right to determine whether, how, and to whom unsold auction items will be resold. If the winning bid is deemed invalid, the item will not automatically be offered to the next highest bidder.
Removal Assistance: Bell Resorts Inc. staff will not assist with item removal. Please bring adequate help, packaging materials, and appropriate transport for your auction items.
Refunds and Returns: Once trip occurs at the "auction site" Voyagaire Lodge & Houseboats, refunds or returns are not accepted. Bell Resorts Inc. Inspect your items on-site and address any concerns with the auction manager or General Manager Scott Lennander before leaving.
Release of Liability: By participating in this auction, you release Bell Resorts Inc. from any liability for damage or injury that may occur on the auction premises.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
