Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
IN-Stock Sales & Consignments is not liable for any items lost or damaged once shipped. All shipments are handled with care; however, once an item has been transferred to the carrier, responsibility for the item lies with the shipping provider. A standard handling fee of $12.50 will be applied to all orders, in addition to the cost of shipping. Please note: Items are not guaranteed to ship the same day. While we strive for prompt service, shipping may take up to one week, depending on availability and processing times. Please make sure your address and email are correct on your invoice before requesting shipping. We are not able to predetermine the cost of shipping until the items are packaged, measured and weighed. Rates will vary. YOU MUST PAY YOUR INVOICE THROUGH K-BID PRIOR TO SETTING UP SHIPPING THROUGH K-BID. Once your invoice is paid and request for shipping has been sent / requested through k-bid We will then package your items and get them ready for shipment. Then we will send you an invoice through CLOVER. This must be paid ASAP in order to ship your items. INVOICES MUST BE PAID BY 8PM ON THE SCHEDULED PICK UP/ REMOVAL DATE NO EXCEPTIONS!
