We are excited to offer this amazing lake cabin estate auction. Ron and Cyndi were members of the Grand Forks community for decades, but they spent their free time with family at the lake. As you can expect with decades of time at this property, it's chock full of amazing items. Some of the items you'll see prominently throughout the auction are:
Boats and various marine activity items, including docks, boat lifts, etc.
Utility vehicles, including an almost new, gorgeous John Deere tractor, a John Deere XUV, Etc.
Several stuffed and mounted animals and animal skins, including black bear (2), fisher, raccoon, buffalo, etc
Several art pieces from prominent artists--many signed & numbered
Beautiful rustic furniture throughout the numerous bedrooms, kitchen, etc
And this is just the start! You really don't want to miss this auction!
Shipping is not being offered on this auction due to the large size of most items. You may call Jonathan @701-739-1164 if you have any questions about this or would like to inquire about shipping exception.
Items *MUST* be picked up on the assigned day unless previously arranged. Friday, the day before the assigned pickup day, is an alternative we can likely arrange but, due to the 2 hour drive, we're unable to offer other alternatives. Please contact Jonathan if you have any questions.
Please make sure you bring appropriate equipment and manpower to move the items you are purchasing. North Country Auctions will not be able to assist with moving heavy items, and we do not have necessary equipment to move large items. It's crucial you come prepared!

This is located in White Earth community about half an hour north of Detroit Lakes.

--Auction pickup will be on September 20th from 9am - 6pm (There will be some availability on Friday, September 19th, upon request)
***Please use the appointment calendar to select a slot for pickup. We will be loading people as best as possible based on their appointment slots. If you show up without an appointment--or early--you may have to wait until the queue is cleared. It's crucial that people use this feature so we can assist customers in an orderly fashion. It is NOT advised to show up right away in the morning without an appointment, as that is the busiest time!
Shipping is only available on items approved by Jonathan prior to bidding.
