PAYMENTS ARE DUE BY CLOSE OF BUSINESS SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 8. Winning bidders who have not paid their invoices by this time will be listed as no-shows. If shipping is selected, please wait to pay your invoice until after freight charges have been added.
For invoices less than $5,000, preferred payment method is online through your K-BID Dashboard prior to removal. For invoices over $5,000, the preferred payment method is wire transfer or cashier's check. Make check payable to JRT Sales, LLC.

Please pick up your items in a timely manner. Paid lots left behind for more than 10 days are considered abandoned and will become the property of County Line Sales. No notice or reminders will be made.
Any refunds issued for unclaimed purchases are subject to a restocking fee not to exceed 25%. The decision whether to issue any refund is at the discretion of auction management.
Items have not been tested unless otherwise described in the lot descriptions. County Line Sales makes no warranty as to the condition of items offered herein. Buyer is responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase. Used items come with used issues, including minor mechanical issues, interior and exterior imperfections. Pick up day is not inspection day.
Refunds for damaged or missing items will be capped at the total of the hammer price, buyer's premium and sales tax, if applicable.

Buyers are solely responsible for assuring proper trailering of goods and securely fastening their own loads. County Line Sales and the seller are not responsible for any accidents which may occur due to improper loading, stowage or securing of loads. County Line Sales reserves the right to refuse to load any vehicle that is deemed unsafe.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Due to a high number of auctions planned and in process, we cannot offer shipping at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
