Pick up for all items is Sunday, October 26th from 9a-noon. New Hope address will be posted prior to close of auction on Friday. Note: The Google address shows Minneapolis but it's a New Hope address. The pin stop is correct near the intersection of 36th & Winnetka.
All items are located at a private residence and there is no alternative pick up day/time. Please plan accordingly. Preferably sign up for a pick up time but if you are late or early, just come. Bring assistance for any items that are heavy or large as staff is unable to assist. If lots are large, bring boxes and any materials you would like to safely transport. Staff does not wrap items. Some of these items may be in the basement or upper level. Be prepared and bring help if needing to carry up/down stairs.

Please bring adequate transportation, straps, packing material, boxes or any needed equipment. Items may not be wrapped or boxed. The staff is unable to assist with loading or moving or packing any items.
Additional Fees for RESCHEDULING PICK UPS outside of the posted pick up window:
We're sorry but there are no additional times available as this is a private residence. Please pick up within the window or your will forfeit your item.
Reserves:
Fab Finds reserves the right to lower a reserve at any point during the auction time frame.
Communication is Key:
EMAIL is the preferred means of communication. It is very difficult to pick up the phone during pick up times as we are tied up with clients.
We can be flexible to a point, but please do not ghost us! Failing to communicate for a non-pay/non-pick up may result in a loss of K-bid privileges.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Some small items may qualify for shipping. Please email FabFindsMN@gmail.com at least 24hrs prior to bidding closing to ensure item is available to ship. Items are shipped USPS standard rates. Handling fees are $12/lot but combined with multiple lots.
Once you have received shipping approval:
1. Ensure to check the "NEEDS SHIPPING" box on your invoice.
2. PAY YOUR INVOICE.
3. I will send a separate invoice with shipping information. Please watch your email and/or SPAM as they usually come out on Monday or Tuesday. Shipping invoices are to be paid within 48hrs of receipt or they expire and your item is forfeited. Please be prompt with payment so I can send your item out.
When possible, please utilize online payment prior to pick up. This expedites the process. We can accept cash on-site if needed. Exact change appreciated. Sorry, no checks.
