No Show(s): When the scheduled removal window ends, we will attempt to contact bidder/winner by three attempts then all unpaid invoices will be marked as 'No Show.'
Lots paid for but not picked up THREE DAYS AFTER AUCTION REMOVAL are considered abandoned and are disposed of at the discretion of Twice But Nice LLC.
Missed item(s): In the event a(n)y item(s) are missed during auction removal, we will contact the Client to arrange to have item be picked up/shipped.
Late Removals: Please acknowledge and abide by the removal dates/times being that they are by apppointment time.
You must notify us of your intention to pick-up outside the scheduled removal dates by end of the scheduled removal period.
Payment is always required during the removal period.

Once a bid is placed, you are obligated to purchase if you are the winning bidder. Removal Day is not the time to "Change your mind" or decide you "Really don't like it". Failure to purchase for any reason will result in your bidder number being disabled and pending bids cancelled.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
SHIPPING:
If you would like your item shipped, please follow the below:
1. Mark "NEEDS SHIPPING" on K-Bid website under the "ACTIONS" tab.
Shipping is completed the day AFTER auction removal is completed AND shipping invoices has been paid in full.
Please be patient as auctions THIS auction THIS has 600 + lots.
*Shipping will be USPS or UPS Ground advantage; whichever is cheapest on PirateShip.com. We have no control over the fees they may charge.There are factors that will greatly increase the rate including the size and weight. i.e. Artwork is expensive to ship because of the size, not the weight.
Tracking will be available by email so please make sure your email is up to date on K-Bid and Square.com if used for payments.
IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER TO MANAGE SHIPPING ISSUES.

If item(s) are paid but not picked up within three business days after auction removal dates, item(s) will be forfeited and owner(s) have the right to dispose of said item(s) or have item(s) re-auctioned as seen fit after 3 attempt to contact winner of said auction winner.
If item(s) aren't paid, the owner(s) have the right to mark the invoice as 'NO SHOW" after 3 attempts to contact winner of said auction winner and winner will be banned from Kbid, as well as said item(s) re-auctioned.
PLEASE NOTE:
Please review the pick-up schedule BEFORE bidding to ensure you are available or can send someone in your place to pick up your items. If you are bidding, you acknowledge that you are aware of the pick-up date and time, and it is not our responsibility to send reminders.
If you show up and you do not have an appointment, you will be asked to wait while we gather your item(s) AND we will move on to assist those who have appointments set up on the website as directed. No exceptions!
If the day and times listed will not work, please contact us at 612-309-9807 so we can make arrangements to ship your item(s) or we can hold your items up to 3 days after removal. Any additional days will inquire a storage fee due to insufficient space.
LARGE ITEMS:
Please bring appropriate help as we aren't always able to assist and an appropriately sized vehicle!
NO SHOWS: After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be processed as
NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the
affiliate’s discretion.
NO SHOWS run the risk of having their account locked down by K-BID
and penalty fees may be incurred to have an account reinstated.
