A diverse little motor vehicle auction with a big personality featuring a 1969 Lincoln Continental named "Dorothy", a 2014 Ford mobility-transport van with wheelchair lift, very clean 1992 Barth Class A Motorhome with original blueprints and manuals, 2015 Ford Explorer Sport, and 2011 Nissan Infinity G.
We also have a brand new Flowmaster dual exhaust system, Pioneer sound and speaker components, and miscellaneous other extra auto parts that were ordered but never installed!
ALL TITLES ARE CLEAR, IN HAND, AND READY TO TRANSFER!
PAYMENT: Wire transfer, or certified bank check or cash payable to Dailey Realty and Auction Service for all vehicles not later than 12:00 p.m. Noon on Friday, December 12th, 2025. Auctioneer will give wire transfer instructions to winning bidder after close of auction. The automobile parts may be paid by credit card up to $3,000.00 through your K-BID bidder account immediately upon notification of your winning bid. Purchases over $3,000.00 by wire, certified bank check, or cash.

We strongly suggest you to inspect the assets in person. All vehicles are pre-owned. Flaws, wear and tear, or features that might not be in working condition should be expected. Some of the vehicles are in bankruptcy proceedings with little availability of mechanical details. While every effort is made to disclose obvious defects or those that the auctioneer has been made aware of, it is ultimately the bidder's sole responsibility to take prudent steps to assure they are satisfied with their winning bid based on their own due diligence. The assets are located in the Mankato MN area. Address will be given at the time you make an inspection appointment or have been notified of your winning bid, whichever comes first.
EVERYTHING SELLS AS IS WHERE IS. No warranties are made, either express or implied as to any vehicle or item on this auction. It will be the bidder’s sole responsibility to determine the suitability and viability of each lot for their needs and investigate any questions. Test drives by bidders are NOT available due to insurance. TAX RATES: Are for non-titled assets only. Motor vehicle Title, tax, and transfer fees will be calculated after winning bid is determined and paid separately by bidder to North Mankato DMV when you pick up your vehicle and sign title transfer papers.
We understand this time of the year may present unexpected weather conditions that prevent a timely removal by deadline.

Minnesota title, tax, and transfer fees for titled assets will be calculated after the winning bid amount has been achieved and are to be paid by separate check to North Mankato DMV. Titles are clear, in hand and will be transferred when you come to pick up the vehicle after all other terms and conditions have been met.

Bidder understands that inspections are critical in their determination of value when bidding and are urged to do so BEFORE advancing their bids at the end of the auction. All inspections are by appointment only on December 7th by contacting Auctioneer Jay Dailey at 507-625-7653. Location information will be given when you make your appointment. During inspection vehicles can be started to observe what can be determined in a running state. Test drives are NOT available due to insurance restrictions. Photos should be considered as part of the description. PICK UP DAY IS NOT INSPECTION DAY and no refunds, discounts or credits against your final winning bid price will be given!
All assets on this auction sell AS IS WHERE IS with no warranties, either express or implied by the Affiliates, consignors, or the U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee. All titles have been verified clean and transferable. Bidders are encouraged to do their own VIN check using the VIN # provided in the lot description.
While every effort is made to disclose known defects and flaws that may substantially impact value, bidders should take advantage of the opportunity to inspect in person. Bidder understands that, unless otherwise stated, items offered for sale are used/pre-owned and flaws and wear and tear should be expected. Ownership transfers upon bank verification of payment having been received in full and cleared through Affiliate's bank, and the completion of all title transfer paperwork. Affiliate Dailey Realty and Auction Service will be solely responsible for the transfer of all titles of the assets offered in this auction.
IMPORTANT: Title transfer and separate payment of transfer, tax, and document fees shall take place in person at the North Mankato DMV when you make your appointment for pick-up of the vehicle whether you are a dealer or private party. This is a privately owned and operated auction company, and it is clearly understood and agreed that auctioneer represents the seller only. Bids shall advance only as indicated by the increments published in these terms.
Purchases that are not removed by the last posted pickup time without making alternative arrangements with Auctioneer will be deemed ‘abandoned’. No refund or credit will be given to the purchaser and liquidation of these items will be at the Auctioneer’s discretion. We understand that this time of year weather may be a factor in loading out a vehicle purchase. As long as your invoice is paid in full and the title transferred according to these terms, we will absolutely work with you on making alternative choices for loadout of the vehicle.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping is NOT available for vehicles on this auction. Non-titled assets "may" be available for shipping at an additional cost to the buyer.
The UPS Store in Mankato MN is our designated shipper for non-titled assets. If you instruct us to ship, we will deliver it to UPS after you have paid your K-BID invoice. UPS will calculate the shipping cost based on your shipping instructions and call you to secure separate credit card payment for shipping.
IF YOU WIN AN ITEM AND DO NOT MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO SHIP OR REMOVE IT BY THE END OF LOADOUT PERIOD, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN, THE ITEM WILL BE DEEMED ABANDONED AND LIQUIDATED AT THE AUCTIONEER'S DISCRETION.
