Fuel Barrel, Large Vise, Large Chain and Misc Lots 33-85 will need to be picked up South/East of Eden Valley, MN. Invoices with any of these items will need to be paid in advance as payment is not available at off site pickup. They can be paid by calling 320-382-4022 on Friday the 26 or Saturday the 27th or paid online by the 27th before pick up.

Please Note for this Auction-Lots 33-85 are located off-site and will need to be picked up during removal times. Invoices with these lots will need to be paid Online or by calling 320-382-4022 on the 26th or 27 as there is no payment taken at the off-site location. Please be aware when bidding, if items are not picked up during removal it is considered abandoned unless arrangements are made. Items located at off-site location will be subject to Minimum $50 late pick-up if arrangements are able to be made at discrestion of Managers/Consignor.

Jack of all Trades Farm Auction. This fixer of all had a little of everything on the farm in the country, From Chains, Welders, Tools, Tires, Heaters, Meat Grinders and so much more. Some older farm attachments that may need some work or great for the hobby farmer. A fantastic Trac Hoe attachment for Bobcat. Animal Kennels for travel. Please note: Lots 33-85 will need to be paid online/at facility and then picked up a couple miles South/East of Eden Valley during removal times, we will have signs out.

Auction Process

Items with a reserve will not sell unless the reserve price is met.
Affiliates may lower reserves at any time:
- During the auction: updated reserve status will be displayed.
- After closing: the highest bidder may be awarded the item if the reserve is lowered.
At closing, items with active bidding will remain open until no bids are received for three (3) minutes.
Outbid notifications are not sent once an item enters the closing process.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.

If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:

Reinstatement is at K-BID’s discretion
Requires payment of:
- 20% penalty on unpaid invoice(s)
- $25 reinstatement fee
A valid government-issued ID must be provided
Unpaid items will not be awarded

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
