21 ft Flagpole
The Defender EZPOLE® comes with our 360 degree "No Wrap" swivel and button system that allows your flag to fly freely without wrapping or getting tangled around the pole. All EZPOLE Flagpoles come with anodized (320 grit polish) aluminum finish, removing all scratches and imperfections from the surface of our flagpole. We put the extra quality and care into each of our flagpoles, giving the pole a nice smooth textured brush finish.
These polycarbonate swivels will not yellow in the sun and allow you to fly two flags without the use of a rope. The Defender EZPOLE comes in 17’ and 21’ lengths with an anodized polished aluminum finish. The flag attaches with two stainless steel clips.
Sectional flagpole kits have four or five, 56” sections, depending on the height purchased. These sections appear seamless as they neatly assemble together. Our sectional poles are 2” in outside diameter and are 16 gauge aluminum. EZPOLE swaging is a full 1.5” deeper than most sectional poles. This feature ensures added strength and durability under tough weather conditions.

Removal Instructions: Please plan to attend the scheduled removal date(s).
Please bring the appropriate vehicle/trailer to remove your items.
Lots must be picked up on removal date. If you are not able to make this time, contact Caleb (605) 695-8487 to schedule pickup but there will be an extra $40 late fee.
If product is not picked up in 30 days (from original removal date) the lot will be forfeited and go back to Dakota Outlet.
A forklift will be available in getting the product to loading area. We will not assist in securing the load.
Disclosure:
By participating in this auction, you release Dakota Outlet of any liability of damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.
Dakota Outlet is not responsible for any unforeseen damage product in cartons or products. All lots are sold as is. If there is any visible damage to product it would be notated on lot description. The pictures and video is not a guarantee of the color of product, due to lighting. Coming to the inspection is the only way to get exact colors of product.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Inspection & Removal

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Shipping may be available on some items, please review the item details prior to bidding.
Buyer will pay the full cost of shipping plus a handling fee.
