This is a very nice organized unit with with little or no visible garbage
Door was opened to take photos and then sealed again and will not be reopened until after auction and paid for
Unit must be cleaned out within 7 days of auction close unless arrangements are made with building owner
A $250 cleaning deposit is required to gain access to unit and will be refunded once unit is empty
