Up for Auction is a 8X16 Storage unit located in Wahpeton, ND. This unit has not been gone thru, it is in the same order as the customer left it. No one can go into the unit until sold and paid for, PLEASE make sure to read the Details on this Auction.
Sporting Goods, RC Cars, Flags, Knives, Fishing Poles, Bikes, Clothes, Pez Dispensers, Star Wars tote, Corn hole boards, Neon Clock, Mini Helmets, Belt Sander Box, Vests, Paintball Gun, 50 Cal Bullets, Sub-Woofer and box, Tools, Polaris Gun Case, Hatchet, lots of other items!
Auction is set to Close on January 4th 2026.
There will be no Inspection on this unit, The unit was opened for pictures and sealed back up again, no one will be all in the units until they are paid for.
Buyers should make no assumptions regarding the items in the unit
Once the Auction has been paid for, the buyer will have 72 Hours to Remove the items. It is the buyers responsibility to contact the selling facility to pick up the contents. Each bid is a binding agreement to purchase the entire contents of the Storage unit, nothing is to be left. There is no onsite disposal, once items are removed the buyer shall sweep the storage unit out. A cleaning Deposit of $100.00 must be paid in CASH to the facility before the unit will be unlocked, this cleaning deposit is to make sure the buyer takes all items on within the unit. The $100.00 cleaning deposit will be returned once the unit is cleaned and inspected by the selling facility.
In the case where the Tenant Pays their bill, and all fees associated with the unit during the Auction the Auction will be Cancelled.
In the case where the Tenant Pays their bill, and all fees associated with the until after the Auction ends, but before the Buyer pays, The seller will Void the Auction

Additional Terms: Payment is to be made immediately by Credit Card when the Auction is Won. Buyer must contact the facility owner Immediately (No more than 24 hours) when auction ends to make arrangements to pick up the contents. Tenants that are bidding on their own until will not alleviate the debt obligation and will still owe the full balance due on the unit. Again the buyer has 72 hours from Auction end time to clean out the unit, if the unit is not empty and swept clean at the 72 hour mark, the unit will be considered abandoned and will become the proper of the storage facility.

Forms of Payment: Cash, Credit Card, Money Order, Certified Check, Or Pay online by going to your K-Bid Dashboard and click on invoices. All Payments need to be received within 2 Days of the Auction Closing Date. Vehicle/ Titled Asset Payment Terms are Different, see Auction for Details on Payment Methods.
Removals are always scheduled per time slots, Buyer will need to setup time with Seller. Most Pickup slots are available on Saturday's/Sunday's, all sold items are expected to be picked up during this timeframe. If for some reason the Paid items are not able to be picked up, please reach out to Dusty after payment is completed to set up a time to pick your items up, Schell Distributing will try to accomodate to your busy schedule.
Firearm Auctions: Winning bidder you must be able to pass a Federal Background Check, it is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure that the items are legal in your state. If you are an out of state bidder, some items may need to be transfered to a partner FFL holder to perform the necessary Federal Background Check additional transfer fee's will be charged. Please ask questions on these type of items to avoid any delays, issues after sale closing.

Additional Firearm Information:
- Firearms shipped out of state must be shipped to a an FFL where the winner bidder will be required to pass a NICS Background Check. The buyer will be responsible for the additional transfer fee's with the FFL Holder. See Shipping Information regarding additional Charges
- Buyer must have a valid ID that matches their bidder account details along with physical address before firearms will be released
- There will be a additional $25.00 charge for all NICS/Transfer fee, all firearms will be charged this transfer fee no exceptions
- Online payments will not be accepted for firearm sales
- NICS Checks are required EVEN if the buyer has a permit to carry or permit to purchase
- During inspections the potential buyer will need to show their photo id for verification purposes
Paid Item Activity: Any item that is paid for and not picked up within 7 days of the Auction end time, will be subject to a $30 dollar storage charge. After 14 Days of storage the item will be considered abandoned and will be placed on another auction with NO refund to the buyer.
Unpaid Item Activity: Any unpaid items will be held for 5 days from the end of sale will be placed on another auction, the bidder will be flagged as a NO-SHOW. Which will lead to the Bidders account being Deactivated.
Vehicals/Titled Assets: It is the buyers responsibility to inspect the condition of each vehical that is listed. All vehicals sales will be subject to a $150.00 Vehical Processing fee, and will be sold with a bill of sale/purchase agreement. Payments Accepted for these Assest are Cashiers Check and or Cash, No Exceptions. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for all fee's associated with the title transfers, taxes and any other fees. All vehicals are sold "AS IS / WHERE IS", there is no warranties in any sort of way on the subject vehicals. No refunds/credits or discounts will be offered. Please inspect these items before bidding "PICKUP DAY is NOT INSPECTION DAY"
Removal: It is the buyers responsibility to bring the adequate items to remove his/her property, Schell Distributing will not be associated with the loading/unloading of the items, we will also inspect to ensure the product is safe to be transported before it leaves the premises.
Reserves: At times during the auction the seller may decide to lower the reserve, this is a binding contract with the Bidder so be prepared to monitor auction for reserve lowering at any point during the auction timeframe.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping availability will be determined by the items on the auction, please read the Shipping & Handling Charges! Please check with the Affiliate to see shipping elgibility and or look at Item notes, some things cannot be shipped!
Shipping services that will be used, if the item can be shipped will be UPS, USPS Flat Rate, or Standard UPS Anything outside of these services it is the Buyers Responsibility to Line it up. All shipping Cost & Handling Cost will be the responsibility of the Buyer, DO NOT PAY YOUR INVOICE IF YOU WANT ITEM SHIPPED. Buyer will be charged the actual shipping rate for the item, plus an $16.00 handling charge on all shipped items no EXCEPTIONS, if more than 1 BOX is used the Buyer will be charged $10.00 extra for each box!
