All payments must be received prior to 9:00 PM CST on scheduled/removal pick-up day unless shipping has been requested. If payment is not received by 9:00 PM CST on the scheduled removal date, items will be re-sold unless other arrangements have been made with AMERICAN AUCTIONS.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Most items in this auction are available to ship by Spee-Dee or USPS Ground Advantage. There is a $6.00 (per invoice) handling fee, along with the actual shipping costs. Invoices over $100 will be shipped with insurance. For invoices under $100, insurance will be optional at the buyer's cost.
On-line payments SHOULD NOT BE MADE if you are shipping, until shipping has been added to the invoice. Indicate in the K-BID application if you want shipping or contact Doug at 701-371-1249 that you are requesting shipping. NOTE: If invoice is paid before shipping is added to invoice an additional invoice will be sent via SQUARE with link for payment, or you can contact Doug to pay directly online at 701-371-1249.
All lots will be shipped to name and address on invoice. Please verify your address.
AMERICAN AUCTIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES SO MAKE SURE IT IS A SECURE DELIVERY.
If you want Glass and Breakable Items Shipped, please be aware Glass Breakage is NOT COVERED. While we do our best, AMERICAN AUCTIONS can not guarantee the safety of the items and no refund will be issued.
If you are requesting shipping of your winning lots please identify shipping needed in the K-BID app or call Doug prior to paying online to add shipping to invoice.
NOTE:
If you have made prior arrangements for pickup on a different date/time, please pay for lots won through the K-BID system.
If winning lots are not paid for, they will not be held and are subject to being re-sold.
