**INSPECTIONS: Are August 8th and 15th from Noon to 6:00 p.m. Please call Jay Dailey at 507-625-7653 or 507-340-4747 for address and to let us know which day you will attend so we can schedule enough staff to assist. TITLED ASSET PURCHASES - WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE BIDDING:

**IMPORTED VEHICLES WITHOUT TITLES: Vehicles that have been sourced from foreign countries, are in various stages of restoration, and have never been titled in the U.S. will receive all the documentation we have on file for each vehicle from point of origin to its current location for you to pursue U.S. title. Documentation includes, but is not limited to, Certificates from the country of origin, NHTSB and EPA declarations, Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Customs and Border Protection entry summary, a Bill of Sale, and copies of photographs if available. If a 'bond' willl be required for the winning bidder to obtain U.S. title, it will be the bidders responsibility to obtain the bond at their own expense. If you are not familiar with purchasing and obtaining title to an imported restoration vehicle, NOW is the time to get that information, NOT after you have been declared the winning bidder!

**IMPORTED AND DOMESTIC VEHICLES WITH MN TITLE: Are in-hand ready to transfer as customary at the Renville County DMV in Olivia MN after payment in full. At loadout, auctioneer will accompany you to the DMV at the Renville County Seat in Olivia MN (about 9 miles from auction site). You will make a separate payment to the DMV for your title tax and transfer fees. Come prepared with your Driver's License, proof of insurance, and dealer license number (if applicable) and method of payment to them.

**ALL VEHICLES WITHOUT TITLE: Some vehicles were purchased as parts donor vehicles and never intended to be road worthy. Those will sell for parts only on a standard Bill of Sale. We will need a photograph of your Driver's license to accompany the Bill of Sale. Standard MN and local sales tax will be charged on these unless you have an ST-3 tax exempt number on file under your account already with K-BID or with us prior to paying your invoice.

**TITLE STATUS: Will be found in each vehicles's lot description. Bill of sale lots will require us to take a photo of your driver's license for the recorded Bill of Sale.

**REMOVAL: Titled vehicle removal will be given priority appointments on Days 1 & 2 of loadout to correspond with DMV business hours and avoid damage to vehicles stored inside the building. THESE TITLE TRANSFER APPOINTMENTS MUST OCCUR BEFORE 4:00 P.M.  If you have purchased a vehicle, you must call auctioneer in addition to claiming your time slot online so we can manage multiple loadouts more efficiently. Please allow enough time to take care of title transfer and/or bill of sale business as well as the removal itself. We can schedule two vehicle buyer appointments at a time to expedite. No vehicle can be removed from the site until your auction payment has been verified, and title transfer documents are complete under any circumstances.

**PAYMENT TERMS FOR VEHICLES: ONLY by bank wire transfer or in cash at removal. Wire transfer instructions will be given when you make your loadout appointment by calling Jay Dailey at 507-625-7653 or 507-340-4747. Wire transfers carry an additional $20.00 bank fee. Vehicles sold for parts on a Bill of Sale are also to be paid by wire transfer or in cash. Have your payment method completed and in order before you arrive for loadout and bring a copy of your invoice.

**PAYMENT TERMS FOR ALL OTHER LOTS: Non-vehicle purchases can be paid by wire transfer, cash on site at loadout, or credit card in an amount not to exceed $3,000.00 on your K-BID dashboard. The auction site is not equipped to accept in-person credit card payments Make sure you make your payment on your own K-BID account before loadout! If paying by wire transfer, a $20.00 bank fee will apply. Wire instructions will be given to the winning bidders when they contact auctioneer Jay Dailey at 507-625-7653 for loadout appointment. Please bring a copy of your invoice with you to the site reflecting your method of payment.

**SHIPPING BY AUCTIONEER IS NOT AVAILABLE - SPECIAL THIRD PARTY SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS: Due to the nature of some of these assets (vehicles, engines, body parts, or large equipment), we understand that winning bidders may be located a substantial distance from the auction site, and may need to contract with a third party shipper/hauler to remove and deliver their purchases. Bidder is responsible for making these arrangements. We will be happy to make reasonable accommodation with bidders in this situation for $150.00 meet fee as auctioneer is 2 hours from the site. We would NOT recommend attempting to drive any of these vehicles to your destination! There are no current plates on any of them and some have been sitting for nearly two years and should be thoroughly checked out before driving. You should plan on towing all vehicles.

Again, our phone number is 507-625-7653 or 507-340-4747

SITE INFORMATION AND LOGISTICS: The assets are located in a 10,000 square foot one-level building that is packed full with this inventory, leaving room for mere walking paths. Please be patient and courteous durinig loadout whether you are picking up one item, or fifty items. We will give you all the time you need. We cannot possibly know in advance of the conclusion of the auction how many bidders will need access, how much time, or what type of access everyone will need. Pleases cooperate with us in 'taking it as it comes' at loadout!

The best way to avoid misunderstanding is to call us at 507-625-7653 or 507-340-4747 to verify your appointment was made so we can assess how much time you will need and plan for you accordingly. Some will need 5 minutes, and some will need more than the one hour on the onilne scheduling app. We'll manage through this accordingly. If you show up without an appointment, you will have to wait for those who are scheduled to clear the building before we can allow you to load out. If the number of bidders at the end of the auction requires we add more loadout hours to the schedule, we will.

*There is no heat, air conditioning or water in the building. Portable toilet will be provided for 'nature calls'. The roof sustained damage in winter and spring storms after photos were taken. Ceiling leaks occurred, leaving some lots that were packed in cardboard wet. Please bring your own extra boxes if the items you bought are among the water soaked. It is your responsibility to attend inspection and make inquiries BEFORE your final bid and/or loadout.

* There are three overhead door exits and a main entrance in the front of the building to easily accommodate multiple loadouts. If you purchased anything that requires special tools or equipment to remove (such as engines, large equipment or body parts, or taking apart sections of shelving), please come prepared with what you need. The auction staff cannot assist with loadout!

* It is the bidder's sole responsibility to take advantage of the inspections and make any specific inquiries BEFORE the end of bidding. There are thousands of parts here that cannot reasonably be expected to include every detail of every lot. This auction is being offered under instruction of the U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee, so there is not an accessible 'owner/expert' available. You, and only you, can determine if the items offered meet your expectations and needs for the bids you place. We will be happy to cooperate any way we can. Once you have been declared the winning bidder there can be no retractions or adjustments to your invoice!

This auction is managed by Dailey Realty and Auction Service on behalf of the U.S. Bankruptcy Trustee. All sales are AS IS WHERE IS and FINAL.

This auction is conducted on behalf of the United States Bankruptcy Trustee. Failure to complete your obligations under these terms will result in monetary penalties and restriction of future K-BID bidding privileges. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT COMPLY WITH THESE TERMS IN EVERY RESPECT.

Bidder understands that, unless otherwise stated, items offered for sale are used/pre-owned, and flaws and wear and tear should be expected. No third party mechanical inspections have been made on vehicles, nor any of the mechanical equipment unless otherwise stated in the lot description.
