All vehicles must be paid for and picked up by the Monday following the auction close during normal business hours.

Please inspect the item before bidding – Pick-Up Day is NOT Inspection Day.
It is your responsibility to inspect prior to purchase. A ‘Test Drive’ does not equal a full mechanical inspection and will not reveal all mechanical issues.
Photographs and test drive videos are considered part of the item description. Please use all information provided to assess the value of the item before bidding.
As with all used vehicles, vehicles may come with typical used car issues, including mechanical issues and past due maintenance.
All lots must be paid and picked up within 3 business days of auction close.

"Paid" items not picked up within 7 days are subject to a $125 per week storage fee unless prior arrangements have been made.

Buyer is responsible for all loading, securing, hoisting, lifting, handling, removal and/or rigging and must bring sufficient help and equipment to load.
Carlson's Service Center and Sales and/or any personnel are not liable for injuries and/or damage during removal.
At the time the winning bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership and risk of loss pass immediately to the bidder.

All titling and registration for out-of-state buyers will be their sole responsibility. However, we will provide all necessary documents to facilitate the completion of their titling process.

Carlson's Service Center and Sales accepts credit and debit card payments up to $5,000 on the KBID platform and $10,000 in person. A 3% processing fee will be due upon pickup of property and is non-negotiable.
