  • We do not accept "split payments". Only ONE form of payment will be accepted per invoice. 

Removal Expectations:

WE DO NOT HAVE PACKING SUPPLIES/ASSISTANCE OR LOADING/MOVING ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE.

-Each buyer is soley responsible to bring any and all necessary tools and/or persons they may need to assist them in the removal process. This includes bringing sufficient equipment and/or vehicles to transport their item(s) away from the removal site

-It is the sole responsibility of all buyers to pick up their item(s) ON THE SCHEDULED REMOVAL DAY and within the advertised time that has been specified for each individual auction. If the buyer is unable to pick up their items for any reason on removal day, it is the buyer's responsibility to have arrangement made to send someone in their abscence. 

-Liberation Estate Services cannot guarantee the availability of any items that are not picked up by the end of the scheduled removal day.

-All items must be picked up on the specified removal day for each individual auction. Liberation Estate Services is unable to accommodate alternate dates and times outside of the scheduled removal - please do not ask. If Liberation Estate Services chooses to make arrangements with a winning bidder for an alternate removal date, the winning bidder will be charged a holding and rescheduling fee of $10 per day that the items are waiting to be picked up. The items will be considered abandonded if the items are not picked up within 24 hours of the new removal date and time agreed upon by the winning bidder.

-Buyers are responsible for the removal for all items won on the scheduled removal day. If you won it, you take it! If buyer shows up to the auction removal and willingingly abandons certain items they won but take the rest, there will be a $25 reshelving fee per item. 

-Ownership of the asset(s)/item(s) along with the risk of loss, is immediately passed to the buyer at the time of winning and after the invoice has been paid in full.

-Invoices that were paid in full, yet the buyer does not show up for the auction removal and has not taken possession of by the designated end time on the scheduled removal date will be considered abandoned. In turn, the ownership with risk of loss, will defer back to Liberation Estate Services. This means refunds for abandoned items will not be given.

-Items that are not paid for by the end of the scheduled removal date/time will be considered a "no-show" and abandoned.

-By leaving the auction site, the buyer is agreeing that all lots were as described and acceptably loaded therefore releasing Liberation Estate Services from any claims of incomplete, incorrect or missing items.

-As the buyer, if for any reason you feel an item was not listed properly, the issue must be brought to the attention of our staff on removal day prior to the item(s) being removed from the auction site.

-Managing auctioneer, Liberation Estate Services, and/or removal location owner are not liable for any damages accrued to asset(s) during the removal process.

-Please keep in mind, this is an auction - not a retail store. We do our best to make your auction experience top-notch from beginning bid to removal.

Auction Terms Addendum

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.

  • Bidders are responsible for all activity under their account.
  • Account information and passwords must not be shared.
  • All bids are binding and may not be retracted.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Auction Process

  • Items with a reserve will not sell unless the reserve price is met.
  • Affiliates may lower reserves at any time:
    • During the auction: updated reserve status will be displayed.
    • After closing: the highest bidder may be awarded the item if the reserve is lowered.
  • At closing, items with active bidding will remain open until no bids are received for three (3) minutes.
  • Outbid notifications are not sent once an item enters the closing process.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.

If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:

  • Reinstatement is at K-BID’s discretion
  • Requires payment of:
    • 20% penalty on unpaid invoice(s)
    • $25 reinstatement fee
  • A valid government-issued ID must be provided
  • Unpaid items will not be awarded

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.

Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
