Located at Great Dane Storage Units, 650 South 26th Street, Grand Forks, ND 58201, All Lockers had people present at the time we opened the locks, Because of the North Dakota laws the person that owns the unit has until the auction ends to retain the unit by paying the arrears and fees before the last day of the auction. We video tape it for our protection so no items are missing in case the owner does come forward. You can rest assured that these units have not been gone through and they are in the condition that the owners left them.
The lockers were video taped and pictured to give you the best viewing possible and make everyone's advantage equal.
The video camera was not shut off or paused until the seal was placed on the locker at the end.
All units require a $50 cleaning deposit, to be refunded when the unit is cleaned out completely.
ALL items must be removed from the premises. There are no dumpsters available on the property.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
