Pickup is required. Please schedule a pickup time and do your best to arrive within your selected window. We offer multiple pickup options (weekday/weekend, morning/evening). If you cannot make any listed pickup times, please do not bid and do not bid expecting shipping unless the lot is marked shipping-eligible.

Bring your own boxes/totes/containers. Storage totes/crates used for lot storage are not included. Limited boxes may be available first come, first served. Totes available for purchase: $10. For large/heavy items, bring help and any equipment needed to load.

Shipping: Shipping availability is noted on each lot. Shipping must be requested after you win and pay and no later than the end of the last pickup day/time. All shipping is handled through Goin’ Postal and includes a handling fee per lot (typically $5, higher for special packing). We cannot provide pre-bid shipping quotes. Please allow up to 10 days for a final shipping quote (items must be gathered, transported, packed, and priced). Optional insurance is available through Goin’ Postal upon request (contact us and we will coordinate).

Payment: Payment is due by the end of the last pickup day/time. Accepted: cash, credit card up to $5,000 per invoice (partial card payments allowed), business check (no personal checks) up to $1,000 or by prior bank verification, and wire/ACH. Invoices over $5,000 must be paid by wire/ACH, money order, cashier’s check (verifiable), or cash. Returned check fee: $200. For wire/ACH instructions call/email us and include your invoice number in the memo.

Removal, Pickup, and Shipping

Pickup and shipping policies (including scheduling requirements, shipping request deadlines, handling fees, and shipping availability by lot) are listed on this auction page and are part of these auction terms. If you cannot meet the removal requirements or shipping request deadline, please do not bid.


This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid on this auction, you are agreeing to the auction specific terms listed on this page in additions to the K-BID user terms and agreements.  

K-BID Online, Inc. (K-BID) is responsible for maintaining the K-BID.com website.  K-BID.com serves as the venue used by independent auction companies (Affiliates) to present their online auctions to bidders.  

K-BID’s role in the auctions listed on K-BID.com is limited to providing the venue for affiliate auctions. Affiliates are not employees, agents, representatives or partners of K-BID Online, Inc. K-BID’s knowledge about individual auctions and individual auction transactions is limited to the information appearing on the website.

By placing a bid on K-BID.com, bidders are verifying they are at least 18 years old and acknowledging they understand and will comply with both the K-BID.com website terms and the auction specific terms. Bidders MUST NOT share their password or account information with anyone. Bidders are responsible for bids placed on their account.

Inspection dates/times are available for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect prior to placing bids. Removal day is not inspection day. When an auction ends, and the winning bidder invoice appears on the bidder’s dashboard, the bidder is obligated to honor their bid(s).

Every auction item is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. You are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase.

Bidders are responsible for knowing and complying with auction terms. Failure to comply with removal terms may result in bidding privileges being disabled.  Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

Sellers and their agents are prohibited from bidding on their own assets.

Items with a reserve will not be sold unless the reserve price has been met.

At the close of the auction, active items will remain open until no bids have been received for three minutes.

Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.  

In the event that bidding rights are terminated due to no-show invoices, bidders MAY be reinstated at the discretion of K-BID only after a penalty fee of 20% of the unpaid invoice(s) and a reinstatement fee of $25.00 has been paid to K-BID and a scanned copy of your driver's license emailed to us. INVOICED ITEMS WILL NOT BE AWARDED. The payment is punitive and meant to deter no-shows. Duplicate bidder accounts will be deactivated when they are determined to exist. If possible and at our discretion, K-BID reserves the right to delete any bid we believe has been placed by a suspect bidder. Any registration that shows up on our fraud detection system may be placed on hold and bids removed until the user is verified. K-BID Online, Inc reserves the right to disallow anybody from bidding on its website. Cases of obvious bidding with no intent to redeem will be referred to appropriate legal authorities.

Affiliates may lower a lot reserve at any time before or after an auction closes.  If the reserve is lowered while the auction is in progress, the applicable reserve message will appear below the Next Required Bid information (Reserve Not Met or Reserve Has Been Met); the asset will sell to the high bidder if the lowered reserve amount is met. If the reserve is lowered after the auction closes, the highest bidder at auction close will receive a winning bidder invoice. 

Once an auction begins its closing process, outbid notifications will not be sent.

Once a bid is placed it cannot be retracted.

Shipping / Delivery Policy

Shipping Availability (Per Lot)
Shipping availability is noted on each lot. Please review the lot details before bidding. If a lot is marked Pickup Only, it is not eligible for shipping.

Shipping Provider
All shipped orders are handled through Goin’ Postal. They determine the best carrier option, perform packing, and ship your items.

Handling Fees (Per Lot)
All shipments include a handling fee per lot. Handling is typically $5.00 per lot, but may be higher for large items or items requiring special or non-standard packaging.

No Pre-Bid Shipping Quotes
Please do not request a shipping quote before bidding. Shipping costs depend on factors we can’t accurately estimate in advance (destination, packaging requirements, carrier pricing, size/weight, and item handling needs).

How to Request Shipping (Deadline Required)
After you have won and paid for your items, you must request shipping by the end of the last scheduled pickup day/time for that auction. Shipping requests received after the shipping deadline may be declined and items may be treated as pickup-required.

Shipping Quote Timeline (Up to 10 Days)
After shipping is requested, we gather your items and transport them to Goin’ Postal. Because items must be consolidated, packed, and priced based on destination and packaging requirements, it may take up to 10 days to provide a final shipping quote. In most cases it will be faster, but please plan accordingly.

Once the shipping quote is provided, shipping must be paid in full before we authorize Goin’ Postal to ship your items.

Insurance (Optional)
Shipping insurance may be purchased through Goin’ Postal. Because Goin’ Postal is our shipping partner and we are their customer, buyers must contact us to request insurance, and we will coordinate the insurance option and pricing with Goin’ Postal.

Freight Shipments
We do not arrange freight shipments at this time. If you would like to arrange your own freight pickup, please contact us. Feasibility depends on the auction location, the item, packing requirements, and our ability to safely load the shipment. Buyer is responsible for all freight arrangements and costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Damage in Transit
We will take reasonable care to pack items; however, we cannot guarantee that items (especially fragile items) will not be damaged during transit. Any carrier claims, if applicable, are subject to carrier and insurer requirements.

Sales Tax on Shipped Orders
Sales tax on shipped orders will be handled in accordance with applicable tax rules and may differ from in-person pickup. Depending on the destination and the taxability of shipping and handling in that jurisdiction, taxes may be adjusted after shipping is requested and/or after the shipment is priced.

Important: We have provided several pickup options. If you are not able to make any of the listed pickup times, please do not bid. Do not bid expecting alternative arrangements or shipping—shipping is not available unless the lot listing explicitly states otherwise.

We understand some buyers travel long distances and may not be able to arrive exactly at their scheduled time. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable delays when possible. Please be understanding and patient, as there may be other scheduled pickups ahead of you.

Please bring your own boxes, totes, or containers to remove your items. We often store lots in totes, crates, and containers that we reuse for future auctions—please do not assume any storage container is included with your purchase.

  • A limited number of boxes may be available first come, first served.

  • If needed, you may purchase a tote from us for $10.

Large & Heavy Items
For large or heavy items, please bring appropriate help to load and remove your items. If tools, straps, dollies, or a trailer are needed for safe removal, please come prepared.
