Condition:
Baseballs show normal handling/storage wear. Hats are new with tags. Game appears sealed. Autographs not authenticated. Please review all photos carefully for condition and included items.

Inspection one day only by appointment. Please call 612 481 0951 to set a time for the designated day. This auction is at the same building as our usual auction but at a different location within the same facility. Please follow signs to the main entrance.
For speed of service at pick up, we ask that you pay online prior to pick up. In person we are able to accept cash, card and venmo.
Items not picked up on the designated pick up day will be considered as abandoned and will be re sold.
Shipping is available on some items. Please check the auction before bidding. If you need shipping please notify us and we will contact you with shipping charges plus a $5.00 handling/boxing fee. We ship quickly withing 2 days after payment is received for shipping via UPS or USPS with tracking, whichever is less expensive.

That being said we aren't out to rip you off. We try to inspect and test every item we auction off. Transparency is important to us and would rather tell you about any noticed flaws than have you have any unpleasant surprises. As such the photos are a part of the description. We will highlight any visible flaws so that you can make an educated decision.
We don't claim to be experts in the items we auction but will share what knowledge we have and will try to represent our auctioned items as honestly as possible
Refunds and returns. Mistakes happen. We all make them. As such we will refund or take returns on items we have misrepresented or fallen short on describing accurately.
If you are uncertain about a lot we recommend coming and inspecting the items listed. Additional photos available. We are willing to provide additional photos upon request via text. Allow 24 hours.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is available for all items unless specifically labelled otherwise.
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs. We charge the actual shipping cost plus $5 for handling. If shipping is desired please wait to pay your invoice until after we generate a shipping and handling charge to add to the invoice.
Packages with a total weight of less than 70 pounds will be shipped via UPS or USPS and if available SpeeDee with tracking and insurance.
Shipping of large items and pallet lots are the responsibility of the bidder/buyer. We are happy to assist but removal of large items and pallet loads is the buyer's responsibility. This includes shipping.
Delivery is also an option. We do have a box truck and can arrange a time to drop your item off for you. we charge $2.00 a mile to deliver with a minimum charge of $50.00. As the same with shipping, If you need delivery please notify us so that we can generate the cost and add it to your invoice before payment. Due to staffing we cannot deliver all items. Please contact us for details before bidding if this is important to you when bidding on an item.
Payment is due before pick up or shipping. We prefer you pay on K-bid but if you prefer to pay at the time of pick up we can accommodate. We take all major cards as well as Venmo and cash
Please withhold payment if you desire to have your items delivered or shipped until we can generate the appropriate shipping and handling charges. In such cases payment is due within 48 hours after the adjusted invoice is sent. We will not ship or deliver until payment is received unless other arrangements have been made.
Please park east side of the building. Our warehouse is located on the north side of the building close to the loading ramp at door 19. We ask that you not block the ramp unless you are actively loading or unloading.
Loading docks are also available for use as well as electric lifts, pallet jacks, dollies and warehouse carts.
If you are unable to remove your items at the removal times listed in the auction you will have to make an appointment for pick up.
Items not picked up on removal days will be resold. We will hold items for one week from auction end if payment has been made. Items not claimed with payment and/or by removal from our facility will be considered abandoned. We do not refund payment for abandoned purchases.
