Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.

Bidder Responsibilities

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping can be offered for some items. Please check your invoice to make sure it is correct. Shipping will be sent out within 7 business days of the invoice for shipping is paid. We will send out a separate invoice for the shipping cost that must be paid before the item is shipped. Combined shipping is available, but you must contact us if you want combined shipping. Some items are not able to be combined. Contact us at 320-583-6162 for questions. Please be aware of the items that you are bidding on, some items may have shipping but might be bulky or heavy. I will be adding 3.00 for S&H to each invoice.
If payment for shipping is not paid within 10 days, the item(s) will be forfeited. No refunds will be given.
No checks, please. Cash and card at pick up, is available. Shipping is in a seperate invoice, you MUST click on shipping in order for your item(s) to be shipped.
Pick up in Brooten, bring help if needed, no help is available.
IF you can't make it on the days listed, PLEASE contact me, we are pretty flexible.
If you do not contact me or make arrangments to pick up within 10 days of auction end, you will forfeit your items, no refunds are given.
