IMPORTANT NOTES:
When you purchase a firearm, you will be required to pass a NICS check. Plan on spending some time filling out the required paperwork to obtain a firearm. If you are purchasing a handgun or rifle with a pistol grip, you will be required to have a valid permit to purchase or Minnesota Conceal and Carry permit. If you do not pass the NICS check, the firearm will be resold on auction for you, but you are still required to honor your bid and pay for your purchase. $25 (taxable) will be charged for the paperwork/transfer at the time of pickup or shipment for each firearm.
When you purchase a firearm make sure you do the following:
1.) Your bidder information MUST match your real name, identification is required.
2.) If paying with a credit card, the name on the card must match your driver’s license.
3.) Your driver’s license, and if needed, your permit to purchase or Conceal and Carry Permit MUST also match your bidder profile.
4.) A NICS/Transfer charge of $25.00 (taxable) will apply to each firearm, no exceptions.
5.) NICS checks are required EVEN IF the buyer has a permit to carry or permit to purchase.
6.) Minnesota state law prohibits anyone under 21 from buying a handgun.
7.) Any buyer under the age of 21 will automatically be "delayed" by the background check process.
Under Federal law, in order for a Licensed Dealer to lawfully transfer a handgun or militarized rifle to a person who resides out of State, the firearm must be shipped to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) within the bidder’s State of residence. The bidder may then receive the firearm from the FFL upon completion of an ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check fee, which can vary from that listed on the final invoice.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is available on most of the items, please pay attention to which items we have marked as not able to be shipped. Insurance for shipping is available at the buyer's discretion.
We will ship items as safely and securely as possible, however D & J Auctions will not be responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Spee-Dee is usually our first choice for shipments within their delivery area. We are able to ship nationwide.
If shipping is needed please call us during pick up hours to make arrangements. Have your Bidder number ready when you call.
If shipping is needed on a firearm, buyer must call to arrange shipping.
If shipping has been requested through the K-Bid checkout process we will email an updated invoice via Quickbooks, usually by 11am. If shipping is needed check your email for that invoice.
Items will be shipped to the address that is attached to your K-Bid account unless you contact us to update your shipping address.
We try to keep our rates as reasonable as possible, but please be aware: when shipping is needed you will be paying for shipping AND handling. There is more labor and more expenses involved when an item needs to be shipped.
Sales tax paid by out of state buyers that request shipping will be converted to cover some shipping cost.
We do not require an appointment to pick up items from this auction.
