Inspection Policy
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items on June 4 from 8:30 AM – 11 PM before bidding. Pick-up day is NOT inspection day.
While we strive to thoroughly inspect every item, bidders should evaluate items independently, as some imperfections may be present.
Bidding & Photos
Bids cannot be retracted—all bids are binding once placed.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Delivery Terms
Shipping is not available for this auction. Local delivery may be available for select items.
Delivery service is limited to addresses located within Apple Valley, Eagan, Burnsville, and Lakeville, Minnesota. Delivery requests outside of these areas may be declined at our discretion.
Delivery fees consist of:
Standard delivery charge is therefore $30.00 per item.
For customers purchasing multiple items, delivery and handling fees may be combined at our discretion. Oversized, exceptionally heavy, or difficult-to-move items may be subject to additional charges.
All delivery arrangements must be made and paid for prior to delivery. Delivery availability is not guaranteed and is subject to scheduling and staff availability.

Sales Tax & Exemptions

Payment Deadline
Payments must be completed before item removal—no items will be released until full payment is verified.
No Refunds or Chargebacks

An exception is if we are unable to locate your item at pick-up, in which case a refund will be issued.
Missed Payments & No-Show Policy
Failure to pay for won items before the end of the removal period may result in the forfeiture of those items.
Unclaimed items may be discarded or resold at the affiliate’s discretion.
Repeated non-payment or no-shows may result in account penalties or future bidding restrictions.
Auction Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule auctions at our discretion for any reason.
Liability Disclaimer
Buyers accept full responsibility for item removal and transportation after payment. Home & Play Deals LLC is not responsible for any injuries that may occur during removal.
Item Removal & Pick-Up Information

218 1st St S, Montgomery, MN 56069 - Right across from Grandmas Garage
IMPORTANT: GPS may incorrectly direct you to the alley behind the building. Do not go to the alley. Pick-up is located on Main Street (1st Street South) at the FRONT of the building.
Look for the blue building with the Palace Bar sign hanging above it. This is the correct pick-up location. Parking is available directly in front of the building on 1st Street South.

Easy Load-Out:
Items can be removed through either the standard entry door or the garage door for convenient loading.
Parking:
Parking is limited. Please arrive during your scheduled pick-up time to help reduce congestion and wait times.
Packing Materials:
No packing supplies will be provided. Please bring your own boxes, totes, packing paper, blankets, straps, bubble wrap, and any other materials needed to safely transport your purchases.
Large & Heavy Items:
A dolly may be available for use; however, staff will not assist with lifting, loading, carrying, or transporting items. Buyers are responsible for bringing adequate help for large, heavy, or bulky purchases.
Missed Pick-Ups:
Items not removed during the scheduled pick-up period will be considered abandoned and marked as a No Show. Unclaimed items may be discarded, resold, or otherwise disposed of at the auction organizer's discretion. Repeated no-shows may result in bidding restrictions.
