BEFORE BIDDING, PLEASE VIEW ALL PICTURES AND READ ALL DESCRIPTIONS
For any items requiring more than one person to lift / haul, you are responsible for removal. PLEASE BRING HELP AND TOOLS IF NEEDED. If you won a lot of items please bring proper containers/boxes to remove items.
BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES WITH YOUR ITEMS you are responsible to INSPECT your lots to make sure you got all of the correct items AS WELL AS making sure what you got is how it was described on the auction site (functionality, cosmetics, etc.) Sometimes due to the size of the auction, things do get mixed up. Please make sure what you have is what you bid on. We will not entertain any refunds or bring you items that you missed after the item has left the estate.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be added to each sale in accordance with the Minnesota and local tax regulations based on consignment sales and consignment auctions.
SHIPPING: If you wish to ship your items please read shipping terms tab and choose “Manage Invoice” in your dashboard to request shipping. We will not ship until your K-BID invoice has been paid for. Please see the shipping term page for more details. Thanks!
SHIPPING FEES: $15 per box/package plus actual shipping cost. We will do our best to ship most items in the same box. The price may go up depending on how much packing and handling is required to ship. We use USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. Shipping Rates will vary depending on size and weight.

INSPECTION:
We make every effort to provide accurate descriptions and clear photos. However, it is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect and evaluate items prior to bidding.
Inspection is available by appointment only unless otherwise stated. Contact us to schedule a time before placing a bid.
By participating in this auction, you release Stonehouse Auctions from any liability for injury or damage that may occur on the premises.
BIDDING & HIGH BIDDER RESPONSIBILITY:
All bids are binding. By placing a bid, you are committing to purchase the item if you are the winning bidder.
Failure to complete a purchase may result in account restrictions or suspension.
Stonehouse Auctions reserves the right to determine how items are handled in the event of non-payment or invalid bids. Items will not automatically be awarded to the next highest bidder.
PAYMENT TERMS:
Accepted payment methods may include online payment, credit card, or cash (if applicable).
• No personal checks accepted
• Purchases over $5,000 may require wire transfer or certified funds
• Credit card transactions over $5,000 may incur an additional processing fee (typically 3.5%)
All invoices must be paid within the stated timeframe. Unpaid invoices may result in penalties and account suspension.
REMOVAL / PICK-UP:
Removal times are firm. If you cannot meet the scheduled removal window, do not bid.
• Removal day is not an inspection day
• Items not picked up during the designated time will be considered abandoned
• No refunds will be issued for abandoned items
Failure to pick up items may result in account restrictions and additional fees.
ITEM VERIFICATION BEFORE LEAVING:
Before leaving the premises, it is the buyer’s responsibility to:
• Confirm all items are correct
• Verify condition and completeness
Once items leave the premises, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or corrections will be made.
REMOVAL ASSISTANCE:
Staff are not responsible for lifting, loading, or transporting items.
Bring appropriate help, tools, and equipment for removal.
ITEM CONDITION:
All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS” with no warranties or guarantees of any kind.
• Items may be used and show signs of wear
• Descriptions and photos are for reference only
• Buyer assumes all responsibility for condition and usability
Occasionally, listing errors or photo mismatches may occur. If it is clear an item is not part of a lot, it will not be included.
AUCTION PROCESS:
• Some items may have reserve prices
• Reserves may be adjusted at any time
• Auctions utilize a soft close — bidding will extend if bids are placed near closing
• No outbid notifications are guaranteed during closing periods
BUYER’S PREMIUM & TAX:
A buyer’s premium may apply and is calculated per item unless otherwise stated.
Applicable sales tax will be collected unless a valid exemption is provided.
ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY:
By participating, you confirm:
• You are at least 18 years old
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Account sharing is prohibited

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
SHIPPING TERMS
Shipping is available on select items. Stonehouse Auctions reserves the right to determine which items qualify for shipping based on size, weight, and fragility. Large, heavy, or oversized items may not be eligible.
CARRIER SELECTION:
Stonehouse Auctions will determine the most appropriate shipping method using USPS or UPS. We do not use third-party shipping companies.
SHIPPING REQUEST PROCESS:
If you would like your items shipped:
• You must request shipping after winning the auction and before the removal window closes
• Contact us at info@stonehouseauctions.com or 763-453-5427 with your name, bidder number, and auction name
• You must also check the “NEEDS SHIPPING” box on your K-BID invoice
Failure to notify us before the end of the removal period may result in your items being considered abandoned.
PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
• Your K-BID invoice must be paid in full before shipping is processed
• Shipping costs are billed separately
• A shipping invoice will be sent within 3 - 5 days after auction close and payment confirmation
• Shipping invoices must be paid within 48 hours of receipt
Unpaid shipping invoices will result in forfeiture of items with no refunds.
SHIPPING FEES:
• $15 handling fee for the first lot
• Reduced handling fee for each additional lot included in the same shipment
• Shipping charges are calculated based on carrier rates (USPS or UPS)
PROCESSING & DELIVERY:
• Orders are processed in batches; please allow 5–10 days for handling and invoicing
• Items will not ship until the shipping invoice has been paid in full
• Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped

• Cash (on-site only, if applicable)

INVOICING & PAYMENT PROCESS:
After the auction closes, winning bidders will receive an invoice via email from K-BID Online, Inc..
• If you do not see your invoice, check your spam/junk folder
• Log into your K-BID account and navigate to “Invoices” to complete payment
• All invoices must be paid within the stated timeframe
Failure to complete payment may result in account restrictions, penalties, or loss of bidding privileges.
SHIPPING PAYMENTS (SEPARATE TRANSACTION):
Shipping is not included in your K-BID invoice.
• You must first pay your auction invoice and request shipping
• A separate shipping invoice will be sent within 6–8 days after payment and request are received
• Shipping costs must be paid before items are released for shipment

PICK-UP/REMOVAL POLICY:
Please review the posted pick-up schedule before placing any bids to ensure you or a representative can be present to retrieve your items. By bidding, you acknowledge that you are aware of the scheduled pick-up date and time. If you are unable to make that time, please talk to us before bidding about other arrangements or shipping options.
Please bring your own packing materials and ensure all of your items are accounted for before leaving the auction site. Shipping arrangements need to be made prior to the close of the pick-up time (see Shipping section). Items left behind, without shipping arrangements, will be considered abandoned. We are not responsible for any items left behind and no refunds will be issued.
LARGE ITEMS:
Please bring adequate help and a vehicle suitable for transporting your purchases. Be aware that many auctions take place in private residences, and items may be located on upper or lower floors.
NO SHOWS:
Any unpaid invoices after the designated pick-up window will be marked as NO SHOWS, and items will be considered abandoned. These items may be disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion.
