Payments accepted: Cash, Cashiers Check, Personal Or Business Checks up to $200 or credit card (Credit Card only up to $5,000) will be accepted. Certified funds required over $5,000. Credit Cards will be accepted for sales over $5000 but will require an additional 5% fee added to the total Invoice.
No Shows: When the scheduled removal window ends, all unpaid invoices will be marked as 'No Shows.' Lots paid for but not picked up are considered abandoned and are disposed of at the discretion of All Around Sales Inc.
Late Removals: Please acknowledge and abide by the removal dates/times. A $35 appointment fee will be charged for any appointments for payment/pickup outside the stated removal date. You must notify us of your intention to pick-up outside the scheduled removal dates by end of the scheduled removal period. Payments must be made by the end of the removal period.
Disclosure: We do our best to accurately provide pictures and describe items, however all items are sold strictly ‘as is / where is’ No Warranties on any item... No refunds, credits, or discounts are offered. Please inspect all items before bidding.

**It is the sole responsibility of each buyer to bring the necessary tools and/or persons they may need to assist them with the removal process, as well as bringing a sufficient vehicle/equipment to transport their item(s) from the removal site.
By leaving the auction site, buyer agrees that all lots were as described, and acceptably loaded releasing All Around Sales Inc. from any claims of incomplete, incorrect or missing items.

Inspection & Removal

Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is Available for this auction. There will be a Shipping fee of $10 PLUS SHIPPING FOR EACH LOT. All Items Must be Paid For Before the End of Removal Time and we Must Be Informed You Would Like Your Items Shipped. Some Items are Large and may be Expensive to Ship. Please Keep this in Mine. Please Allow 7 to 14 Days for Shipping. Once you Have Been Invoiced for Shipping and it has Been Paid, most Items will be Shipped Within 2 Business Days After Shipping Payment.
