This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
SHIPPING: From Me To You Estate offers shipping services on smaller items. We do our best to package items safely and securely in boxes, but once the package has left our location, we are NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE for any mishaps including, but not limited to, breakage and lost packages.
We normally use U.S.P.S but will use UPS and consider which shipping fees are the lowest.
Shipping fees will include 1. packaging supplies (box, bubble wrap- we do try to recycle packaging materials). 2. When possible, we will try to combine multiple lots to keep handling fees low. If they cannot be combined, a separate handling fee will be charged for each additional package. A small surcharge for handling of $5.00 for small packages and up to $15.00 for larger packages will be charged.
TO REQUEST SHIPPING:
1. Ensure your auction invoice is paid in full. We cannot process shipping for un-paid invoices. Invoices must be paid in full before the close of the removal day. Items not paid by the removal deadline will be marked NO SHOW and will be forfeited.
2. Request shipping in your K-Bid invoice dashboard.
3. Watch for a shipping invoice via e-mail. This should be received 5-7 business days after the auction pick up date.
4. Pay your shipping invoice. If shipping payment is not received within 2 days, items will be considered abandoned. No refunds will be issued for items not shipped for non payment of shipping invoice.
5. Once your shipping invoice is paid, your items will be shipped within 2 days and a tracking number issued.
SHIPPING TERMS; Shipping of fragile items, insurance can be requested at your expense. The buyer understands and takes all responsibility for items being shipped throughout the delivery process.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Cash, zelle and credit cards accepted, wire transfers required over $5,000. We do not accept checks.
PLEASE BRING APPROPIATE HELP FOR REMOVAL we will not be available to help load any items.
Please bring plenty of wrapping materials and boxes for your items. We do not have any materials on-site.
Shipping requests must be made before the end of the removal day (s) or your item will be forfeited.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have all your items. Please inspect your items before you leave the premises, there are no returns or refunds once they have been removed from the premises.
