Lot includes 30 genuine WWII-era silver Jefferson “War Nickels” as shown in the photos. These are the special wartime U.S. nickels struck from 1942 through 1945 with the large mint mark above Monticello on the reverse, and visible examples in this lot show a mix of P, D, and S mint marks. War Nickels are composed of 35% silver, 56% copper, and 9% manganese, making them highly collectible and desirable to both silver buyers and coin collectors. Each silver war nickel contains approximately 0.05626 troy ounces of pure silver, giving this 30-coin lot an approximate total actual silver weight of 1.6878 troy ounces of pure silver. This is a strong bulk silver war nickel lot with clear visual appeal, a full 30-coin count, mixed mint marks, and classic WWII silver coinage interest. Coins appear circulated and show normal wear, toning, spotting, marks, discoloration, surface issues, and age-related condition consistent with old silver nickels, with some pieces appearing darker or more heavily toned than others. Photos show the reverse side with the large wartime mint marks above Monticello, which is the key identifying feature of 35% silver war nickels. Buyer will receive the exact coins shown in the photographs. Please inspect all photos carefully, as photos are part of the description and are the best representation of the included coins and overall condition. Seller has made best effort to identify these coins as WWII silver war nickels based on the visible large reverse mint marks, but buyer is responsible for their own inspection, verification of dates, mint marks, condition, silver content, authenticity, and value before bidding. No refunds will be given for abandoned lots. Lots will be considered abondoned if they are not picked up on removal day and the winning bidder fails to contact the affiliate within 24 hours of the closing of removal schedule.

Bidder Responsibilities

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
All lots are Shipable. We ship through the USPS for every order. All packages are tracked and insured up to $100, if you would like to add additional insurance, or would like delivery by signature please make note in your shipping request. Additional charges will apply.
All shipping requests must be made by the end of the removal period.
