No refunds will be given for abandoned lots. Lots will be considered abondoned if they are not picked up on removal day and the winning bidder fails to contact the affiliate within 24 hours of the closing of removal schedule.

Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
All lots are Shipable. We ship through the USPS for every order. All packages are tracked and insured up to $100, if you would like to add additional insurance, or would like delivery by signature please make note in your shipping request. Additional charges will apply.
All shipping requests must be made by the end of the removal period.
