No personal checks accepted. At our discretion credit cards accepted for over $5,000 with a 3% fee on the total invoice amount. IMPORTANT: Inspection and removal times are firm. Please do your best to honor the removal date. If not, please communicate with us prior to pick up date. At the close of the removal/ pick up day, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate's discretion. By participating in this auction, you release Give Me a Bidd and its agents, owners, clients of any liability of damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction. If you wish to inspect ammo on inspection day, please call ahead of time as ammo is not kept on site.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
SHIPPING TERMS: Please check the box on your invoice before the following Sunday after the auction ends. If you need shipping don't pay until we add the shipping to your invoice. We will contact you when your invoice is ready for payment. Shipping fees cannot be calculated in advance. Items need be packaged, weighed and measured before shipping fees can be calculated. Once the items have been packaged for mail, picking up your item will no longer be an option. Shipping will be available for smaller items at the cost of shipping in addition to our processing fees. Our processing fee structure is as follows: $5 handling fee per package. Shipping is available on this auction. Thank you for bidding! If you are picking up your items, you may pay online or at the removal. Please have your bidder number or invoice handy. To have your items shipped, please follow these instructions: Please check the box if you require the item to be shipped. Once the box is checked we will package the items and add the shipping costs to your invoice. Don't pay your invoice until the shipping costs have been added to your invoice. We will contact you once the shipping costs have been added. Once paid, your items will be boxed and shipped within 7-10 days. If not paid the items will be considered abandoned and disposed of at affiliates discretion. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN
