For any items requiring more than one person to lift / haul, you are responsible for removal. PLEASE BRING HELP AND TOOLS IF NEEDED. If you won a lot of items please bring proper containers/boxes to remove items.
BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES WITH YOUR ITEMS you are responsible to INSPECT your lots to make sure you got all of the correct items AS WELL AS making sure what you got is how it was described on the auction site (functionality, cosmetics, etc.) Sometimes due to the size of the auction, things do get mixed up. We strive to inspect all items before the auction, but there is a chance we may have missed something in a few items that are listed. Please make sure what you have is what you bid on. We will not entertain any refunds or bring you items that you missed after the item has left the estate.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be added to each sale in accordance with the Minnesota and local tax regulations based on consignment sales and consignment auctions.
**Many of the items in this auction are items that were either customer returns or overstock items from major retailers. East End Auctions tries to inspect all items before auction to ensure the items are in working condition. Please inspect items before leaving our warehouse as we cannot offer refunds once the items have left our property since we cannot verify whether the item was damaged or missing parts before the auction or after the auction was complete and the bidder brought the item home and used it.

PLEASE DO NOT BID ON ITEMS IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICK THEM UP ON THE SCHEDULED REMOVAL DATE & TIME.
**Buyer is responsible for all loading and rigging and must bring sufficient help and equipment to load.
*All items must be removed by the winning bidder. If you win a lot that has multiple items in it, you are responsible to take all of the items in that lot.
Auctioneer, EAST END AUCTION, and / or removal location owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal. By participating in this auction, you release East End Auctions and its affiliates of any liability of damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.
We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards either in person or by phone. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.
If you feel a item was not listed properly, you have one week to make your case. If we feel a refund is in order, item will need to be returned to us within one week of removal. Once we pay our sellers we cannot make adjustments. Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store.

At the time the winning bidder pays the invoice in full, ownership of the asset and risk of loss passes immediately to the bidder. If a winning bidder pays the invoice in full, but does not take possession of the assets immediately during the removal day, ownership and risk of loss will still transfer to the bidder upon payment.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
