Reserves: Reserves are not revealed. Some items are protected by a seller reserve. Reserves can be lowered at anytime during the auction. Be prepared to honor your highest bid. The item does not sell until the "reserve has been met". You are able to bid against the reserve until it is met.
Inspections: Are done by appointment only. Some vehicles are kept off site and inspections will need to be coordinated. Please call or text to setup appointment. Inspections are not allowed after the auction has ended.
Payment: Payment is due within 48 hours. Wire Transferees (Preferred), ACH, Cash, and Cashiers check are accepted. We do not accept personal or business checks. Credit/Debit Cards can be accepted on invoice totals over $3000.00, However any amount placed on a card will have a 3% Transaction fee. Please contact afiliate for adjusted invoice.
Vehicle Registration Form: Needs to be filled out within 48 hours of auction ending time.
Removal: Winning bidders must make an appointment for removal 2 hours prior to the removal time requested. The location is not staffed and you will be waiting if you do not give proper notice.
Test Drives are not allowed after the auction has ended. You must set up an appointment for removal time. Will need drivers license and a current insurance policy (can be on any other current vehicle policy). Temporary permits will be issued when needed. We are able to coordinate contactless and after hours pickup if needed

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
