Welcome to our Spring Outdoor auction! Get your home, patio and backyard ready for the season with our great selection of items, some include gravity chairs, umbrellas, garden accessories and more! We have a mix of New, Open box, and customer returns. Many of our items are in great condition but please make sure to read descriptions, and review photos or reach out with questions! Some items may be incomplete, untested, and SOLD AS IS. We try our best to ensure everything is labeled correctly, but please double check or come inspect! Come grab some great deals! Buyers must sign an invoice verifying receipt of all won items before leaving the auction site.
Inspection Policy
Buyers are encouraged to inspect items on April 18th from 8:30 AM – 12 PM before bidding. Pick-up day is NOT inspection day.
While we strive to thoroughly inspect every item, bidders should evaluate items independently, as some imperfections may be present.
Bidding & Photos
Bids cannot be retracted—all bids are binding once placed.
Bidders must rely on the auction photos, as descriptions may contain errors.

Shipping
We are not offering Shipping at this time - But we are offering delivery to applevalley/eagan/burnsville area for a fee. Contact Tessa if you have questions.
At our discretion, handling fees for multiple items may be combined.
Convenience fee: $20 per Item
Packing fee: Determined by the shipping provider per item
Shipping fee: Based on carrier rates and item specification.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is NOT avaliable; however, Delivery may be, Please be aware that delivery costs can be high. A $20 convenience fee will be charged for transporting your item from the sale location to a third-party location. This fee is separate from gas cost, which will be additional. We strongly recommend confirming delivery costs before placing a bid.

Invoice Payment: Pay your invoice online through your K-BID dashboard.
Delivery Request: Contact us via call or text at 612-600-6729 or homeplaydeals@gmail.com with the following details:

Lot numbers won
Delivery Invoice: We will send a secondary invoice via Square to the email address on file. This invoice will include the shipping amount.
Final Payment & Delivery: Once payment is received, We will corrdiante a time in which works fro both parties, and a third party site.
Please ensure all payments are made promptly to avoid delays in delivery. If you have any questions regarding the process or costs, feel free to reach out.

Sales Tax & Exemptions
Applicable sales tax will be added to all purchases unless an ST3 form is provided.
If you have an ST3 tax exemption form, please email it in advance for quick processing. Forms will also be available on-site if needed.
Payment Deadline
Payments must be completed before item removal—no items will be released until full payment is verified.
No Refunds or Chargebacks
All sales are final— Refunds are at Home & Play Deals discretion. Must be within two days of pick up - Contact Tessa at homeplaydeals@gmail.com or call or text 612-600-6729.
An exception is if we are unable to locate your item at pick-up, in which case a refund will be issued.
Missed Payments & No-Show Policy
Failure to pay for won items before the end of the removal period may result in the forfeiture of those items.
Unclaimed items may be discarded or resold at the affiliate’s discretion.
Repeated non-payment or no-shows may result in account penalties or future bidding restrictions.
Auction Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule auctions at our discretion for any reason.
Liability Disclaimer
Buyers accept full responsibility for item removal and transportation after payment. Home & Play Deals LLC is not responsible for any injuries that may occur during removal.

Pick-Up Dates & Times: April 19: 7AM – 2PM
Important Notes for Pick-Up: Easy Load-Out: Items can be removed through the front door. Heavier/Larger items will require you to pull around back Warehouse Location: When you arrive, look for the blue building with the Palace Bar sign—this is the correct location.
Parking Is Tight: Please arrive at your scheduled time to avoid congestion.
Packing & Large Items: No packing supplies will be provided, please bring your own boxes, bubble wrap, and necessary materials.
Heavy or bulky items require assistance a dolly is available, but staff will not assist with lifting or carrying items.
Missed Pick-Ups: Items not picked up within the scheduled timeframe will be marked as No Shows. Unclaimed items may be discarded or resold at the auction organizer’s discretion. Repeated no-shows may result in bidding restrictions.
