As the owner of an Antique store (Amoré Antiques in Anoka, MN.), I accumulate stuff faster than I can sell it, and its been piling up. This will be the first of several auctions as I liquidate the mountain of vintage treasures I have. We hope to have another one going as this one ends, annd we'll be at it for the next few months. There's a lot of pictures. I always try and point out any damage or issues with an item. Whether in the item discription and/or in pictures. Most items have a picture with a yardstick for size.
No display stands or cheese boxes used in the photos are included in the auction.
If you need shipping. Look to make sure an item is shippable before bidding. If it's marked no shipping, that means I'm not going to ship it. Please don't ask, or expect me to ship if you win.
On items that are shippable, please wait for your invoice to be updated with shipping before paying. See shipping tab for complete shipping details.
At the close of the auction, Either select a pickup time, or indicate you need shipping through your K-BID Dashboard. All items must be paid for by the end of the scheduled pickup time.

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE END OF THE SCHEDULE PICKUP DATE & TIME. Unless your items are being shipped. If payment is NOT received by the end of the removal date, we will close your invoice as a no show.
Removal: Please bring your own box and necessary help, tools and proper size equipment or vehicle to haul your items. At the close of the removal / pickup day, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

Winning bidders that need shipping. Make a shipping request through your K-BID Dashboard and wait until your invoice has been updated with shipping before you pay.
A text will be sent to the phone number you have on file with K-BID advising your invoice has been updated with shipping. A $5 "Shipping Invoice Fee" will be added if you pay your invoice before shipping has been added.
We charge actual shipping cost, plus a $5 fee per BOX shipped. Will combine items when possible. It could take up to a week before item is shipped based on volume being shipped. We will automatically add signature confirmation and additional insurance on larger valued packages.
Online payment is preferred through K-BID dashboard to speed up the pickup process. We will accept cash or credit card payments at the time of pickup.
