REMOVAL - Inspection and removal times are firm. If you are unable to honor the times posted, please do not bid. After the removal time has expired, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliate’s discretion. NO SHOWS run the risk of having their account locked down by K-BID and penalty fees may be incurred.
BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES WITH YOUR ITEMS you are responsible to INSPECT your lots to make sure you got all of the correct Please make sure what you have is what you bid on. We will not entertain any refunds or bring you items that you missed after the item has left the estate.
ABANDONED ITEMS: Items paid for but not picked up during the removal will be considered abandoned and no refunds will be issued.
REMOVAL HELP: We are unable to help lift, carry or transport any heavy items. Please bring appropriate help for the removal of items.
ITEM CONDITION: We do our best to provide accurate pictures and descripions. However, every auction item is sold as is/where is with no guarantees or warranties. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect and evaluate any items prior to bidding. Items will be available for inspection by appointment. All items are a final sale with no refunds or returns. No refunds will be made on items that have been left on the auction premises.

All items must be picked up by the end of the designated auction pickup period. Items not collected by this time will be considered forfeited and no refunds will be issued.
Please make sure you have all your items when you pick up. Check your receipt for all items.
Schedule an inspection to personally verify an item's condition before bidding. There will be no refunds on items if you have failed to inspect before bidding. Pickup day is not inspection day.
Once you remove your items from our property, there are no returns.
Please bring the appropriate tools, equipment, and assistance necessary to remove your items.
If you do not pay the invoice for your items by the end of pickup day, you will be considered a "NO SHOW" and may result in your K-BID account being suspended.
If you require shipping, it must be requested within 24 hours of pick-up date. Shipping requests are on your K-Bid Dashboard under "Manage Invoice."

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
