Pick-ups are expected on the Pick-Up Date provided: ONE DAY ONLY Friday, May 8 from 9am - 4pm. No exceptions. In the event you have contacted Home to Sweet Home Online Auctions in advance and a later pick-up is approved, your payment is still due during the initial removal time. There will be a late removal fee of $25.00 per lot and not everything can be held for later retrieval.
Everything is sold “as is, where is” with no guarantees or warranties. We have not tested items for their working condition. There are NO Refunds, No Returns. Please preview items at the Auction Inspections on Monday, May 4th from 3 - 5pm at location provided in Details. Again, you are responsible for inspecting items prior to purchase as they have not been tested by auctioneer.
Inspection and removal times are firm. Do not bid on this auction if you are unable to honor the scheduled removal times and days. At the close of the removal (Friday, May 8 at 4:00pm), all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWs. All remaining lots, even if paid, will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion. No refunds will be given for abandoned lots.
Please plan accordingly for the proper boxes, help and equipment you will need for removal. Items are housed in a personal residence, with a step at entryway. Some items are in the lower level. Some items are large and cumbersome and auction staff will NOT be able to assist you. Bidder assumes all responsibility for removals and neither the affiliate nor the seller are responsible for injuries while on the property.
Applicable Minnesota and local Sales Tax will be collected.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Please note that NOT all lots are available for shipping. On lots where shipping is approved, bidder/buyer will pay all shipping costs PLUS a $10.00 handling fee per lot. Shipping may take up to 3 weeks for delivery. The invoice AND the shipping/handling fees MUST be paid prior to us shipping your items.
Online payments are happily accepted. However, if you need shipping, please contact us first at 612-306-3919 or email H2SHauctions@gmail.com to see if shipping to your location is available and to arrange for separate or special invoicing for shipping and handling prior to the item being shipped.
