Payments accepted: Cash, Cashiers Check, Personal Or Business Checks up to $200 or credit card (Credit Card only up to $5,000) will be accepted. Certified funds required over $5,000. Credit Cards will be accepted for sales over $5000 but will require an additional 5% fee added to the total Invoice.
No Shows: When the scheduled removal window ends, all unpaid invoices will be marked as 'No Shows.' Lots paid for but not picked up are considered abandoned and are disposed of at the discretion of All Around Sales Inc.
Late Removals: Please acknowledge and abide by the removal dates/times. A $35 appointment fee will be charged for any appointments for payment/pickup outside the stated removal date. You must notify us of your intention to pick-up outside the scheduled removal dates by end of the scheduled removal period. Payments must be made by the end of the removal period.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is Available for this auction. There will be a Shipping fee of $10 Dollars plus shipping for each Item. All Items Must be Paid For Before the End of Removal Time and we Must Be Informed You Would Like Your Items Shipped. Some Items are Large and may be Expensive to Ship. Please Keep this in Mine. Please Allow 7 to 14 Days for Shipping. Once you Have Been Invoiced for Shipping and it has Been Paid, most Items will be Shipped Within 2 Business Days After Shipping Payment. Some of the Items in this Auction ARE NOT Available for Shipping. Please Make sure Your Items can be Shipped if you Want them Shipped.
