Item Condition and Descriptions

Lost and Found Treasures makes every effort to provide accurate photographs and item descriptions. However, all items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS,” with no guarantees, warranties, or representations of any kind, expressed or implied.

Item descriptions may be generated using artificial intelligence. While care is taken to ensure accuracy, discrepancies may occur. It is the bidder’s sole responsibility to carefully review all photographs and descriptions prior to bidding.

Bidders are encouraged to inspect items in person prior to bidding. Inspection appointments may be scheduled by calling or texting prior to the auction closing. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted.
