Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
THERE WILL BE NO SHIPPING FOR THIS AUCTION.

Removal Information
This auction contains antique and architectural pieces that have not been removed from the building. Some items were built in place and will need to be disassembled in order to be removed. Certain items may not fit through doorways without being taken apart.
Buyers are responsible for bringing their own tools, carts, and help for removal.
Recommended tools include:
Flat head screwdriver
Crowbar
Sawzall (for some items)
Two-wheel carts or dollies for larger pieces
Please be prepared, as the building contains a large amount of space to cover and stairs may be involved. Arriving early is recommended.
