This auction includes two imaging machines (with original instruction manuals, a centrifuge, urin analyzer, AV equipment, medical exam chairs, adjustable office tables, office chairs, heavy duty stainless steel shelves, wheelchair, heavy duty drawers and cabinets, IV bag and medical tray holders, computer monitors, new in-box projector, canvas artwork prints, and so much more!

We have added notes to each item to try and describe the condition as accurately as we can. If you have any questions about the furniture or equipment please let us know. We will answer your questions the best we can.

BEFORE LEAVING THE PREMISES WITH YOUR ITEMS you are responsible to INSPECT your lots to make sure you got all of the correct items AS WELL AS making sure what you got is how it was described on the auction site (functionality, cosmetics, etc.) Sometimes due to the size of the auction, things do get mixed up. We strive to inspect all items before the auction, but there is a chance we may have missed something in a few items that are listed. Please make sure what you have is what you bid on. We will not entertain any refunds or bring you items that you missed after the item has left the estate.
Sales Tax: Sales tax will be added to each sale in accordance with the Minnesota and local tax regulations based on consignment sales and consignment auctions.

Auctioneer, EAST END AUCTION, and / or removal location owner are not liable for injuries or damage during removal. By participating in this auction, you release East End Auctions and its affiliates of any liability of damage or injury that may occur on the premises of this auction.
We accept Cash, All Major Credit Cards either in person or by phone. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS.
If you feel a item was not listed properly, you have one week to make your case. If we feel a refund is in order, item will need to be returned to us within one week of removal. Once we pay our sellers we cannot make adjustments. Remember this is an auction. This is not a retail store.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

For pick ups please come to the drive up window located behind Handyman's Hardware in the parking lot locaed just off of East Saint Germain Street. We will have signs set up directing you to the drive up window located on the side of the building at 614 East Saint Germain Street. For bulky and heavy items that we cannot fit through out pick up window we will show you how to access our loading area in the back of our building.

The removal days for this auction are Saturday May 30th. ***For business/clinic owners who cannot attend the Saturday pick up day please reach out to us in advance to coordinate a pick up date and time during the work week following the auction and we will coordinate a time. Pick ups outside of the pick up day must be planned and scheduled. We do not regularly staff our warehouse so we cannot accomodate unscheduled pick ups.

If no one is at the window please call 612-590-0258 for assistance and someone will come to help with your pick up.
