This auction is for a 3 day, 2 night chalet rental on beautiful Sand Lake, near Moose Lake, MN for up to 8 guests over the opening fishing/Mother's Day weekend. Check in is anytime after 2:00 pm on Friday, May 8th and check out is by Noon on Sunday, May 10th. Maximum occupancy is 12. Extra guests over 8 are $20/guest/night, plus applicable taxes. Package is for the entire weekend. NO RESERVE!!!!

Sand Lake hosts the Moose Lake golf course and clubhouse. Clubhouse provides meals and beverages to the public with about 20-boat slips for easy access just minutes from our vacation home!

Pristine clear sand lake, swim, fish, ATV, water ski, jet ski ~ this is the spot to spend summer and winter vacation. Enjoy the comfort of a five star hotel, granite counters with a stainless steel kitchen, tiled and hardwood floors! Relax in the HOT TUB in the master suite then enjoy the view from the balcony. There is a $200 refundable cleaning / damage deposit that is required to be paid by credit card prior to check in information being provided to the high bidder. This payment is made directly to the owner (and refunded by the owner, provided the chalet is left clean and undamaged). Information will be provided at time of invoice payment. A cleaning instruction 3 ring binder is left in the chalet so that there is no misunderstandings as to what needs to be done to receive the cleaning deposit back. If cleaning/damages are made that exceed the $200 limit, the owner has the right to charge the additional fees to the credit card on file. NO EXCEPTIONS. By bidding on this auction, you are agreeing to these terms. If you do not have a credit card, do not bid!
