We are pleased to offer shipping on most items in this auction and take great care in properly packing artwork, collectibles, musical instruments, and other fragile items to help ensure they arrive safely.
Please note the following:
• Buyers should pay their auction invoice promptly following the auction close.
• Shipping, handling, packing materials, insurance, and/or courier delivery charges are NOT included in your auction invoice. A separate Shipping & Handling invoice will be issued after your items have been packed, measured, weighed, or delivery arrangements have been made.
• We also offer courier delivery service on select items and routes. For larger, fragile, valuable, or difficult-to-ship items, we may contact buyers directly if courier delivery is available. Buyers are also welcome to contact us before or after the auction closes to discuss courier delivery options. In many cases, courier delivery can be a safer and more economical alternative to traditional shipping.
• Artwork, framed pieces, glass items, antiques, musical instruments, and other fragile or high-value items require specialized packing and handling. Shipping timelines for these items may be measured in weeks, not days.
• Our packing standards are designed to protect valuable and fragile items and are more comparable to professional gallery, auction house, and fine-art shipping services.
• Shipping costs for artwork, oversized items, framed pieces, musical instruments, and fragile collectibles may be higher than typical parcel shipping due to the labor, materials, insurance, and care required to prepare them properly.
• Due to the volume of items in this auction, shipping is processed as time allows and may take several weeks to complete.
By bidding, buyers acknowledge and accept these shipping terms and understand that Shipping & Handling charges will be invoiced separately from their auction purchases.

• If a buyer advises that they will "pick it up next week" or requests a delayed pickup, any accommodation is granted solely at our discretion. If the buyer fails to appear at the agreed time or fails to make further arrangements, the item may be deemed abandoned and resold without further notice. Special arrangements made after normal pick up times my incure a cordination, storage and handling fee. We do not keep regular business hours, if we need to remove an item from an estate sale, store it, then come and meet you , that takes labor and effort that we need to recoupe costs for these situations if granted.
• Buyers who attend pickup and leave items behind are responsible for ensuring all purchased lots are removed before departing. Once a buyer leaves the premises, we are under no obligation to store forgotten items. Any items left behind may be considered abandoned and may be resold.

• Buyers requiring shipping will receive a Shipping & Handling invoice, typically through Square or by email. It is the buyer's responsibility to monitor their email and pay the shipping invoice promptly.
• We will make reasonable efforts to send the shipping invoice, but we will not repeatedly pursue buyers for payment or shipping arrangements.
• Failure to pay shipping charges, respond to shipping communications, or make shipping arrangements within 30 days of the auction close will result in the items being deemed abandoned.
Ownership, Abandonment & Resale
• Title to purchased lots remains subject to full payment and timely removal or shipping arrangements.
• Any pickup item not removed as required may be deemed abandoned immediately following the auction close or after any agreed pickup extension has expired.
• Any shipped item for which shipping charges remain unpaid, or for which shipping arrangements have not been completed within 30 days of the auction close, will be deemed abandoned.
• Abandoned items become the property of the auction company and may be resold, disposed of, or otherwise handled at our sole discretion without refund, credit, compensation, or further notice to the buyer.
