At the close of the removal/ pick up day, all unpaid invoices will be processed as NO SHOWS and lots will be considered abandoned and disposed of at the affiliates discretion. NO SHOWS impact your ability to bid on K-BID.
Inspection times are available for every auction BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
We strongly encourage bidders to have an in-person inspection before bidding. Inspection times are VERY FLEXIBLE- we are open almost every day within normal business hours. However, they are absolutely by appointment only!
***Pay, Hold and Ship Later (PHSL)*** option is available for some lots/auctions at the discretion of Woodhill Auctions (see shipping tab for details). You must contact us before the end of removal date to discuss and arrange this.
Lots that are paid for but not picked up, shipping arranged or PHSL by the end of removal day will incur a holding fee of $10 per lot, per day.
Lots not picked up after 7 days without contacting us will be considered abandoned and disposed of at owners discretion. No refund will be issued after this time.

Inspection and removal times are firm.
At the close of the auction an automated invoice will show up under your account in K-Bid. If your total is under $5000, there is a convenient option to pay this online. If auction lots states that an insurance appraisal is available to the buyer, you must make a request for the appraisal prior to the end of removal day. This document is NOT AUTOMATICALLY GENERATED but must be requested. Failure to request this document may mean forfeiture of your right to this document. No financial consideration will be entered into for foregoing (voluntarily or otherwise) the appraisal documentation. You will need to supply your name and address and it will be prepared and mailed to you within 10 business days of the close of auction.

Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent auctioneer. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies to conduct online auctions.
They are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.

Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the independent auction company managing the auction.
Buyers are responsible for verifying that a lot is marked Shippable prior to bidding. Lots available for local pickup only will be clearly identified.
Uninsured shipping is offered at the buyer’s risk.
Individual jewelry and coin lots (not boxed or packaged lots):
Up to 20 lots: $15 flat rate
Over 20 lots: add $5 per additional 10 lots
Lots marked “Special Shipping Rate” or non-standard items require a custom quote.
Insured shipping is available unless otherwise excluded in the lot description. Shipping charges are quoted individually based on destination, weight, value, packaging, and delivery method.
Insurance coverage is subject to carrier and third-party insurance program terms. Certain commodities, including some coins and collectibles, may have coverage limitations depending on the carrier used.
Available for select small items by prior arrangement. Requests must be made prior to the removal date. Not all items are eligible.
