No personal checks or business checks accepted under any circumstances.
If paying with cash, please bring the exact amount whenever possible.
Removal dates and times are firm. If you cannot attend the scheduled removal date and time, DO NOT BID.
It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to remove all purchased items during the scheduled removal period.
If you are unable to attend removal, it is your responsibility to arrange for someone else to pick up your items on your behalf.
We are unable to accommodate alternate pickup dates or times except by prior arrangement.
Any items not removed during the scheduled pickup period will be considered abandoned property.
Items are not considered stored as a service. Failure to remove items on time may also result in K-BID account restrictions and applicable penalties.
We can ship virtually any item in this auction anywhere within the United States.
If shipping is required, please mark your invoice as "NEEDS SHIPPING" and do not schedule a pickup appointment.
Shipping is handled by a third-party shipping company. The shipper has up to two (2) weeks following the auction removal date to pick up your item(s) from our facility and begin the shipping process.
Shipping charges are separate from the auction invoice and are paid directly to the shipping company.
A $20 per lot handling fee will be charged in addition to actual shipping, packaging, insurance, freight, and/or delivery costs.
By requesting shipping, buyers acknowledge that shipping arrangements, transit times, freight scheduling, and delivery dates are controlled by the third-party shipper and may require additional processing time.
Buyers are responsible for bringing sufficient help and appropriate vehicles to load and transport their purchases safely.
We have a pallet jack available.
PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT have a loading dock or forklift available.
Large or heavy items may require additional manpower, trailers, liftgate trucks, or specialized moving equipment. Please plan accordingly.
Jireh Trading Company, the property owner, consignor, and K-BID assume no responsibility for loading assistance or damages occurring during removal.
Buyers are responsible for verifying that they have received all items, accessories, cables, attachments, manuals, and components included with their purchase before leaving the pickup location.
By leaving the pickup location, the buyer acknowledges that all items have been received and accepted.
Claims regarding missing items, accessories, quantities, cables, manuals, attachments, or components will not be considered after the buyer has departed the pickup location.
Many items in this auction have been recently tested by the owner and represented as operating at the time of cataloging.
We make every effort to provide accurate titles, photographs, videos, model numbers and testing information whenever available.

If upon pickup an item is materially different from how it was represented in the listing, please bring it to our attention immediately before leaving the pickup location so we can review the situation together.

We do not process credit cards at our location...if you are paying via credit card then we ask that you do so online.
ALL INVOICES PAID ONLINE AND NOT PICKED UP ON REMOVAL DAY WILL BE CONSIDERED ABANDONED.
We understand that some larger items may require special arrangements, like a trailer or extra equipment. If you anticipate any challenges picking up on the scheduled date, you must contact us before the auction closes to discuss terms. Otherwise, any late pickups will incur a $50 per day storage fee. Items will only be held for up to 5 days; after that, they are considered abandoned. Let’s plan ahead to keep things running smoothly!
WE DO NOT LIKE TO BE THIS STRINGENT ABOUT PICK UP HOWEVER THERE ARE A FEW BIDDERS WHO HAVE WORE US DOWN WITH LEAVING THEIR ITEMS FOR LONG PERIODS OF TIME AND THEN DO NOT EXPECT TO PAY A STORAGE FEE. THIS IS OUR ANSWER TO THIS CURRENT PROBLEM.
If you purchase an item that needs batteries or electricity to operate please be sure to test it right away either at our location or at home to confirm that it does work. We do not warranty any of our items but if within 24 hours of pickup you contact us, we will do our best to find out why it does not work as prior owner has stated and will try to resolve the issue.

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

Shipping is available on most items. Please check ahead of time to find out shipping, packaging & any other additional fees for a specific item as costs vary depending on item. There will be at least a $20 handling fee charged per lot to cover labor and packing materials. As with many companies it may take up to two weeks for your item to be shipped.
