TERMS

  • We use Artificial Intelligence to generate descriptions: Please bid based on photographs. While we strive for accuracy, discrepancies do occur. We suggest you call or arrange for an inspection if there are any questions about a Lot.

  • Plan to personally verify an item's condition by calling us and arranging an inspection appointment before bidding. Pick up day is not an inspection day. There will be no refunds on items if you have failed to inspect before bidding.

  • Bring the appropriate tools, equipment, and assistance necessary to remove your items that are large and heavy.  Staff is not available to move items. Plan accordingly.

  • All invoiced items must be picked up by the end of the designated auction pick up day. Items not collected by the end of the day will be considered forfeited and no refunds will be issued.

  • Make sure you have all your items when you pick up. Check your invoice.

  • Shipping must be requested within 24 hours of pick up day and your K-BID invoice must be paid. Choose the shipping option on your K-BID dashboard. 

  • If you do not pay the invoice for your items by the end of pickup day, you will be reported to K-BID as a "NO SHOW" and may result in your K-BID account being suspended


Auction Terms Addendum

This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.

Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.

Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.

  • Bidders are responsible for all activity under their account.
  • Account information and passwords must not be shared.
  • All bids are binding and may not be retracted.

Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.

Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.

Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.

Auction Process

  • Items with a reserve will not sell unless the reserve price is met.
  • Affiliates may lower reserves at any time:
    • During the auction: updated reserve status will be displayed.
    • After closing: the highest bidder may be awarded the item if the reserve is lowered.
  • At closing, items with active bidding will remain open until no bids are received for three (3) minutes.
  • Outbid notifications are not sent once an item enters the closing process.

Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.

If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:

  • Reinstatement is at K-BID’s discretion
  • Requires payment of:
    • 20% penalty on unpaid invoice(s)
    • $25 reinstatement fee
  • A valid government-issued ID must be provided
  • Unpaid items will not be awarded

Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.

Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.

Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.

SHIPPING

 

If you require shipping for your purchase, you must follow these steps:

  1. Pay Your invoice:  Log in to your K-BID account and pay your invoice online on your Dashboard. Nothing happens until your invoice is paid.

  2. Request Shipping:  Go to Manage Invoice and request shipping. Shipping must be requested no more 24 hours after the auction pick up day.

  3. Wait for Your Shipping Invoice:  Once your initial payment is received, please allow up to 5 business days after the auction's removal date for us to prepare your items for shipping. 

  4. Receive & Pay Shipping Invoice: After we calculate the shipping cost, we will send a separate invoice to the email address associated with your K-BID account. You can pay for shipping directly through that email.

  5. Item Shipment: Once your shipping invoice is paid, we will promptly ship your item.

  6. Large Lots and Heavy Items: Shipping these items will be expensive. We do not set the rates. Plan for pickup or don't bid if shipping costs are an issue.

 

We do not ship to alternative addresses:The default address on your K-BID account will be used. Make sure it is accurate.

 

 

We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards onsite for transactions up to $1000

For any purchases over $1000, payment must be made in cash or by cashier’s check.

 

Go to your K-BID Dashboard → Invoices → Manage Invoices

  • Pay your Invoice

  • Set a Removal Appointment to expedite your pick up and minimize your wait time.

  • We do not provide tools, equipment, and/or lifting assistance necessary to remove items that are large and/or heavy.  Plan accordingly.

  • Check your invoice to be sure you have the correct lots and you have all your items before you leave. After Pick-Up day, all remaining lots will be considered abandoned and become the property of Timeless Treasures MN.

  • Once items have left the building, there are no refunds.
