Paid Items: Paid purchases will be held for up to two (2) weeks after the auction closes. Items not picked up within two weeks will be considered abandoned, returned to inventory, and resold. No refunds or credits will be issued.
Unpaid Items: Winning bids that remain unpaid after one (1) week will be forfeited. The items will be resold, the bidder will be marked as a No-Show, and their K-Bid account will be deactivated.
Please read the lot title, description, condition notes, and view all photos before bidding.
Our auctions feature liquidation, overstock, shelf pulls, and customer-returned merchandise. Because of the nature of these items, conditions will vary.
Due to the nature of liquidation merchandise, all sales are final.
If you believe an item was materially misrepresented, please contact adam@savagesurplus.com within 72 hours of pickup to begin the claims process.

Our auctions are always hosted at our Savage Surplus retail store located at 5505 W 123rd Street (Door E), Savage, Minnesota 55378.
This auction ends Sunday July 19th at 7:30pm and removal will be Tuesday July 21st from 12pm to 4pm, Wednesday July 22nd from 12pm to 4pm, Thursday July 23rd from 12am to 4pm, Friday July 24th from 12pm to 4pm and Saturday July 25th from 10am to 2pm (appointment not required).

Forms of payment: Cash, Credit Card, or Pay Online by going to your K-bid dashboard and clicking on invoices.
Removals are on Fridays from 12pm to 4pm and Saturdays from 10:00am - 2:00pm. Items are expected to be picked up during this time. However, if this time doesn't work for you, please pay online and call during the removal to let us know when you will pick-up during the week. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule. We prefer these situations get picked up either Monday, or Tuesday.
Please remember to bring adequate transportation, straps, and any needed equipment. We will not load product into unsafe vehicles.
Auction Terms Addendum
This auction is contracted and managed by an independent affiliate. By placing a bid, you agree to both the auction-specific terms listed on this page and the K-BID User Terms and Agreements.
Platform Role
K-BID Online, Inc. (“K-BID”) operates and maintains K-BID.com as a venue for independent auction companies (“Affiliates”) to conduct online auctions.
Affiliates are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or representatives of K-BID. K-BID’s knowledge of individual auctions is limited to the information provided on the website.
Bidder Responsibilities
By placing a bid, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Inspection & Removal
Inspection dates and times are provided for every auction. Bidders are strongly encouraged to inspect items prior to bidding.
Removal day is not an inspection day.
Once an auction closes and an invoice is issued, the winning bidder is obligated to complete the purchase.
Item Condition
All items are sold “as is, where is,” with no guarantees or warranties. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence.
Buyer’s Premium
If applicable, Buyer’s Premium caps are applied per item, not per invoice.
Auction Process
Compliance & Enforcement
Failure to comply with auction terms, including removal requirements, may result in suspension of bidding privileges.
If bidding privileges are suspended due to unpaid invoices:
Duplicate accounts will be deactivated. Suspected fraudulent activity may result in bid removal, account holds, or permanent suspension. K-BID reserves the right to refuse service to any user and may refer fraudulent behavior to appropriate authorities.
Seller Conduct
Sellers and their agents are strictly prohibited from bidding on their own items.
Sales Tax
Applicable sales tax will be collected by the affiliate managing the auction.
Shipping is available in the continental US.
Shipping will be conducted via Speedee, or Fedex. You will be charged the actual shipping rate, plus $12.00 handling.
